Purchased a ****** Pixel 6 in "excellent condition". The item arrived with a giant crack across the screen as well as other cosmetic damage. I immediately filed a refund request and sent the product back to the seller. The seller then told me they would not refund the purchase price because they insisted that they didn't send it out that way and that I must have caused the damage in the 5 minutes it was out of the package. They tried intimidating me by telling me that they would "scrap" the phone if I didn't have them return it to me (which anyone knows is BS because they're a used phone company) . Very unprofessional and shady seller. Ended up having to file a claim against the company through amazons atoz guarantee and wait a few weeks before Amazon required them to refund my money. I would definitely look for a used phone from a different seller, unless you enjoy being called a liar and being talked down to.

I guess theres a first for everything. Weve been in business ***************************************************************************** the history of our company. This individual purchased a device from ** on Amazon. We sell renewed products that look almost new when we ship them out. We package them in bubble bags and then we put them in a custom made robust box. This individual said the phone arrived with a cracked screen and in poor condition. We have had phones get damaged in transit maybe 3 out of the last 20k. Its pretty obvious when they are damages that way the box got crushed somehow. While we do make mistakes we own them. Our process is so dialed in that there is a zero percent chance this device would have gone out in the condition we received it back. The phone was greasy and had fingerprints and smudges all over it. The screen was cracked from top to bottom. The frame had 2 big dents that looked like it was dropped. The one dent was the starting point of the crack on the glass. We are an honest and reputable company that stands by our products and offers excellent customer service. We do draw a line when customers send back devices that appear to be damaged by them.
