    We have been so pleased with **** Davis Restoration of Ft Collins. ****** ****** ****, and ******* have all been knowledgable, timely, and communicate well each step of the process to us. We highly recommend their services.

    We had a great experience with **** Davis. First, ****** documented all the water damage thoroughly so his crew knew exactly what to remove and so that the insurance company would agree to cover everything. Then unfortunately he left but ******* picked up ******** projects on top of his own without missing a beat and they removed all the damaged floors, etc. Then we had to wait a long time for the insurance company and **** Davis to agree on the cost of restoration. Then finally ****** could get started on restoration. He was patient and flexible with us changing our minds about what to put in and wanting things done a certain way or coming up with a ****** when plan A didn't pan out. We liked ****** and the great work he and his subcontractors were doing, so we had them do some remodeling unrelated to the insurance claims. If something didn't turn out quite right, he had the workers come back and fix it. The only hitches were on the admin side, with a slow estimator and trying to untangle all the bills in this complex job, but they have new staff now that seems more on top of things, so I have no reservations in recommending **** Davis. They'll leave your house better than it started!
