3/30/24 Contacted business thru ******** messenger on about products offered. Same day received feedback, provided picture, was given options and prices of each thing quoted, I stated which options I liked and would like to choose along with sending additional pictures, response of needing shipping address, name and payment, Provided name and address and asked about payment methods, received quoted price of $425 and cashapp, I paid, business said received 6/1/24 Contacted business for an update due to I had heard nothing 7/10/24 contacted business once again asking for an update, received a response that stated my design was being wrapped up, apology and stating had been sick for 3 weeks, and provided a phone number if i needed to reach out, 7/26/24 message asking how design looked, I approved, business said that it would get carved and finished then sent out 7/29/24 was asked if i had decided on a color, which i responded, business then proceeded to quote prices, I asked to go back and look at our conversation history due to I had already paid, business apologized and said they had it written down wrong 8/1/24 business stated mine was done but had fallen off the table so had to be redone and aan expedite on shipping would be done for free, and give me choice of medium plaque in future basically a $245 gift card 8/12/24 i asked for an update, I was told it was about complete and finishing touches were being put on it 8/28/24 I asked for an update 9/6/24 I asked for another update. Also sent an email asking for an update 9/12/24 called the number previously given with no answerBusiness Response

I emailed/called ***************************** back in 7/6/23 to see if he was able to complete a military plaque for me. We discussed the charges and what he was capable of doing. I told him Marines were contributing to this fund and we were looking for a quick turn around. He told me he would hold my order as priority in the front of the line and wont charge me the extra fees because of the time restraint. I asked if this would be complete within 30 days, since if was for a Marine that was transferring. He said he would try his best but might be closer to 5 weeks. I told him that was fine if it was a littler longer, just please keep me up to date with progress and shipping. I then paid $525.00 up front for the plaque on 7/7/23, in order for my order to get into production according to *******. He then told me he would not be able to add the additional merchandise items because he didnt have them at his workshop, so I went ahead and purchased them from a separate site and mailed them to his work address as well, a Kbar and ribbon stack. The weeks went on and I did not receive any progress notifications. He finally sends me 1 with the plaque semi-cut but not sanded or painted. I asked him how much longer would this take since over 1 month has already passed. He told me it should be soon, hes busy and trying to rush without ruining the product. He then sent me 1 picture of the progress and the initial cut out of the wooden plaque was only completed. I told him thats fine I will work with him just please hold this as the priority as originally promised. Finally after calling and texting consecutively without a response, and he told me that its still in the works and is trying to finish. Again, he didnt send me any progress pictures. I gave him another 2 weeks and called/text him without any response. Then I realized all my text messages were coming up green same thing kept happening with my calls also going to voicemail. He blocked my number. To confirm, I called him from 2 separate numbers at the same time and they all went through, rang & went to voicemail. I then sent him 2 emails and voicemails requesting for my refund or my finalized product within the week and for a phone call back the next day. I didnt receive any response. I made a final attempt to call him today, from my wifes ************ phone, and they were blocked! He has been unresponsive a month now VU text, phone and emails and this project has taken over 70 days to complete. Not only that, I have no money too reimbursed the Marines who contributed ti this fund. The charges I accumulated were:Plaque- 525$Ribbons - 50$, K- Bar - 43$Customer Answer

Good MorningWould it be possible to reinitiate this complaint. The business never followed through with their word. Its now been 4 weeks since that conversation and he is once again unresponsive. I sent my final email on 10/17 to him, advising him that this is the last email, phone call and text attempt.Very Respectfully******Business Response

The customer plaque was created and delivered to the customers address. Tracking number through ******* firms delivery. Customer was told custom projects as large as his takes a minimum of 12 weeks which he agreed on and paid. He started complaining two weeks after purchase. Communication with this customer was explained time and time again. Pictures and confirmation of delivery prove his false allegations.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I asked for a full refund and no longer wanted his services. The plaque was not received in time as promised and requested numerous times. The vendor now is trying to show that he shipped the merchandise after the fact. It was marked return to sender due to the recipient no longer residing at that location to accept the plaque. I also am no longer in MD either to accept it on his behalf. Im further rejecting this response since he did failed to text, call or email me to even advise me he was attempting in sending this outdated request with a tracking to begin with so I can further tell him not to waste his time.

This customer can reject all he wants. The project take ***** weeks which was explained to him back in July which he agreed on. He tells me a couple days before completion he does not want it is laughable. The package was delivered as the tracking shows and the address that was provided via message. I have opened a small claims suit with this individual and will be contacting USMC big leadership as I know this was an attempt to scam.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
Documentation via text, phone calls and emails have shown the multiple attempts have made to reach the company owner to receive my product and/or refund In a timely fashion as originally agreed upon. There was no contract stating this would take 12 weeks or more, especially when it was noted that it would be pushed in front for production. If originally addressed, I would have never agreed to such terms for this product was needed within ***** days; as stated. Scam report was initially reported to institutions on my end when the vendor blocked my calls in attempts to reach him. I never heard of a business that would do that. Dates and time stamps have proven that requests were made well after the 2 weeks he claims I complained to receive my product; when requests were in fact simply made on production progress. These various occasions thereafter were exceeding 30 days, 60 days and 90 days since purchase. If a business cant keep up with demand, deliver as agreed upon, generate products as requested, or find themselves blocking customers, then that should not be in business or it should be outlined to begin with; or have the customer make a unrefundable deposit not pay in full. The product was returned back to sender as addressed, since Im no longer available at that location and a refund request was already established.Sincerely,

I placed an order from Wyckoffs Workshop November 11, 2022, #**** for $335. November 9, 2022, I asked if they were still taking holiday orders. I received an automated message however, they replied within 30 minutes with the message I have a couple spots available which I pay shipping and taxes. 7 to be exact with promises before the holidays. 5 hours later they sent another message Let me know what you would like ****** and I will expedite yours for a returning customer appreciation. I place the order November 11. There was no communication unless I initiated it. I contacted them on December 11, asking if the order would be shipping soon. They responded within 30 minutes Hello ******, Hopefully this weekI heard nothing for a week and didnt receive a tracking # as I did with a purchase I received from them December 2021. So, I messaged them again December 17 and 19 with no responses and Dec 20 with no automated message or response. It seems I was blocked from FB messaging them. I sent an email Dec 20 with no response. I called a few times Dec 20-Dec 22 and their voicemail stated they werent taking calls at this time.I posted a review on the website Dec 24 in which I had 3 other customers comment or private message me that they did not receive what they paid for after promises of holiday delivery, communication ceased and they too were blocked from FB messaging them.Initial Complaint

Ordered a hand carved wooden police shield as a Christmas gift on August 8, 2022 at a cost of $434. Posted on my credit card on August 9, 2022. Never received product. Emailed, never responded. Messaged on his ******** messenger, and he said he had put my order before others, gave me free shipping, saved me money, basically telling me what a good deal I got. No product. He blocked me from his messenger account. He is now displaying a picture of the plaque on his ******** page, advertising his work.Customer Answer
