    My husband & I hired Faith Roofing LLC , Fruita, CO. to roof our house at *** *** * *** **, ***** *** *****. On September 21,2020 I wrote Faith Roofing LLC at check in the amount of $7570.00 for the materials for the roofing job. The contract stated that the remainder of the cost was to be paid on completion. On November 05, 2020 I wrote a check to Faith Roofing LLC for $7300.00 for completion of the job. Around $450.00 was taken off of the price due to a hole being put in the interior ceiling of one of the bedrooms in our house due to hammering & us repairing the damage ourselves. The roof has a 5 year gaurentee on it. Since that time we have had problems with the shingles not sealing & leaks. The problems were handled in a timely manner until the last problem with a continuining leak which Jason came out a couple of times & Chris, the owner has been out numsrous times trying to fix the problem. Each time that it rained & the leak continued I notified them by a call or a text message & they responded quickly until lately. I have sent numerous text messages to Chris with no response. He asked about access to the area by the attic which there isn't one. Since that time numerous text messages have been sent & offering my Husband's help as he as done roofing. Chris said he was coming out a couple of times & I let him know I would not be home in case he needed in the house but he did not indicate that he needed me there. He did not come out. The last contact that Chris Wood made with me via text was on April 25,2023 wanting to know if it was possible to take the sheetrock down again to water test & pinpoint the leak. I responded that we never took the sheetrock down as there is no access to the area & the same sheetrock has been there & already been repaired a couple of times. Since that time I have texted Chris five times with no response. We want the roof fixed so there is no more leaking. We would prefer that there be no more damage done to the inside of the house.
