No one likes to have flood damage in their home but 24/7 Flood Response made the process easier. They were very responsive and professional, and took great care in removing the damaged areas without disturbing the rest of the house. *** was great at dealing with insurance and answering all of my questions.

1 starThis business engaged in very misleading quoting practices. They will purposely leave off essential costs from the quote to win the business and then surprise you with those amounts on the invoice. They also quote you less per day costs and raise them when they bill insurance. They are scamming the quoting process. I hope others read this and go with the businesses who are providing transparent quotes upfront. We were billed a surprise amount of more than $1400 and they tried to charge in excess of more than $250 in per day costs. They were defensive and unable to provide answers on why the line items were missing to begin with and they denied the per day costs were different, despite having the two documents side by side.Review fromVivian W

1 starI was grossly overcharged for flood mitigation. This followed them engaging in deceptive practices about costs. Finally when I tried reaching them repeatedly, they did not return my calls.
