    We started calling B&B approximately Nov 2022. ***** informed us he could start the appraisal after the first of the year. He finally called and said he will be at location on March 24th. Asked for some data on the same day. I emailed he the information then we never heard from him again. We left message after message emailed and texted still nothing until we got a texted June 26th that he cancelled our appraisal and would no longer work with us. He was unprofessional and rude.

    B&B Appraisal declined to do business with Ms. ********** and her family after not being fully transparent in the appraisal report conditions, not meeting inspection requirements, her family attempting to violate ******* ********* ** ************ ********* ******** *******, and her family members being being insulting and demeaning. Ms ********** did not pay, and was not charged for any services provided by B&B Appraisal.

    In order to protect B&B Appraisal and comply with *****, it  was decided to end all business relations with Ms. ********** and her family. No work file, direction of value, or fee for services render will be billed to Ms. **********.  Going forward, all frivolous claims or attempts for defamation will be submitted to our attorney.
