    Owner ************************* is unprofessional and aggressive. To feed his ego, he has continued to involve himself in owner matters that have no bearing on HOA enforcement. Unfortunately, he works off of the word of others and not supporting professional documentation. **** was confronted with his behavior and became even more aggressive and passive in his communication. He is threatening without merit and unruly. I would recommend choosing a different HOA enforcement company if at all possible.

    This owner had a leak in her unit impacting the owner below her. As manager of the **** it is our job to facilitate repairs of leaks b/t owners. In this case, the leak caused mold in the unit below and when attempting to coordinate repairs on numerous occasions, the owner would respond that "this is resolved" over and over again, despite the contractors involved showing there was an active leak for nearly 3 weeks. Every attempt was made to work with the owner, and every step of the way, the owner would delay/make excuses/ and do anything but resolve the leak. Finally, the *** found the exact location of the leak and gave a final deadline to repair (after the owner failed doing so on several occasions) and the repair was finally made. The *** has every responsibility (clearly outlined in its Declaration, which was referenced on numerous occasions to the owner) to make repairs to the building when the structure is damaged by owner negligence. This owner has a history of performing poorly to maintenance requests, as confirmed by her tenants and the owner impacted by their negligence. The owner attempted to bully their way out of resolving this repair and were angry that their aggressive behaviors did not stop the *** from proceeding with repairs.
