    Best place to find those hard to get Jeep parts . ****** and his staff are professional, polite knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. **************** has always been a priority. Helped us research and take the time to get parts we needed.

    YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER September 14th, 2013 at 4:49am PT I had placed an order from Parts Breakers for a part titled Cherokee XJ Cruise Speed Control Vacuum Canister Front Bumper Ball ***** XJ ******** I own a **** Jeep Cherokee XJ and was in need of a replacement vacuum reservoir ball. As you can imagine they are hard to find. As soon as I came across the one advertised by Parts Breakers for a ***** Cherokee XJ I was elated and decided to purchase the only one I could find online based on the description given of the part. After I was doing some more research online about installation before the part arrived I realized the vacuum reservoir ball Parts Breakers advertised and the one I ordered was in fact for a Jeep GRAND Cherokee and immediately emailed their sales **** at the email they give for any questions and explained the situation and asked if they could confirm that the said part would fit my vehicle this was at 5:03am PT, 14 minutes after I had started the order. At 7:51am PT I received an email from a *********************** stating Yes I will confirm and get back to you shortly NEVER received an email back. At 7:57am PT I sent another email to ****** stating the part they had advertised was wrong, included a picture and description of what the correct part should look like and that I wanted to cancel the order. Never received an email back. At 11:49am PT I receive an email stating Order delivering with shipping information. Also on the invoice I received, my phone number was included because it was requested when ordering, they state Thank you for purchasing our products, we will contact you to confirm order. Never received any call. Unbelievable this is how this supposed honest family owned business treats their customers through false advertising, lies, cons, and horrible communication. But they knew what they were doing. I will avoid this place like the plague from now on.

    Tried to call the customer repeatedly (7 Attempts), same day as order was placed. Not one time did he pickup or return a call, instead he would send scathing emails about us being liars, thieves etc. If someone is upset with me, or my company we go out of our way to first figure the issue and then try to resolve it. I finally resolved to the fact he would not take a call so I emailed and texted, still no call. PEOPLE we live in a society where we cannot confront another person, party or company because we cannot find a phone number, everything is online or through email it seems like. That's not who we are or ever will be, a phone call is absolutely the quickest way to resolution. I will ALWAYS answer even if we are not open as long as I have service all calls are forwarded to my cell. I hate to say it here but I think we all know the younger generation tends to lean on the '"SNOWFLAKE" approach to life. **** has given me not only something to think about with my company but also provoked thought on the way to raise and teach my son and soon daughter (we are expecting our little girl in January). He might only be 3 but its my wife and I's duty to make sure he knows how to treat, respect and ask vs throwing a fit first and asking later. **** the feeling is mutual, we appreciate you taking your business elsewhere and look forward to serving customers with a little more humility and maturity.
