    I wanted to get windows and a sliding door put in my home i called reflections windows who said they would have Miles Marquez install the windows. John from reflections said he was one of there top installers, the door i wanted installed was not a replacement like the windows so john recommended there installer Miles Marquez to install the door. what they didn't tell me was that miles had a drinking problem and they fired him shortly before i hired him. this all started in April when it came time to install the windows all of a sudden they had someone else do the install because miles no longer worked there (although they told me nothing.) there was a 6 to 8 week wait on the windows so when miles said the door would take that long i didn't worry until the he said the door was in and he never showed up to install it that was in July then his next excuse was his daughters grand mother had died, then he got strep throat then i asked to get either my door or my money back ( $1660 the cost of the door) he made even more excuses so as of today i don't have my door nor my money. Now he will not even respond to me. I asked reflection windows for his business info but they said the couldn't give that to me but they did tell me he was a sub contractor for them. If they had said that in the beginning i would never have hired him. But for reflection windows i would not have ever met this Miles Marquez. I think reflection windows is just as culpable for this.
