      Bellco seemed to switch payment processors recently with the issuance of new cards. My credit card auto pay has been active for years with Bellco but following this switch it was deactivated without any warning or consent, nor a notice from the company following. As a result I missed a payment and fear it will affect my credit score moving forward. I hope the company is able to rectify.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the lack of response and assistance I have received from Bellco Credit Union. My recent experience with your institution has been nothing short of disappointing.On September 5th, I found myself in a medical emergency that required me to undergo surgery and be hospitalized for an extended period. Understanding the financial implications of my hospitalization, one of my immediate concerns was to request assistance from Bellco Credit Union in pausing or canceling my loan until I recovered and could resume making payments. I firmly believed that a trusted institution like Bellco would be empathetic and supportive during such challenging times.Regrettably, despite my repeated attempts to contact Bellco's customer support via phone and email, I received no response or acknowledgment of my situation. I made multiple calls to your customer service hotline and sent several emails to my representative, ***************************. I took these actions well in advance of the point at which interest would begin accruing on my loan. Despite my proactive efforts to address the issue, I was met with silence and neglect from your institution.As a result of this lack of communication and assistance, I am now facing an undue financial burden, including hundreds of dollars in accrued interest on the loan that I had requested to be paused or canceled before it reached this point. This experience has not only caused me significant stress during a time when my focus should have been on my recovery, but it has also shaken my trust in Bellco Credit Union, an institution I once considered dependable and understanding.

The Member confirmed everything has been resolved and that she is content with the outcome.

      September 13th 2023 with Vail Resorts for $1668. Was on a credit card and they sent me a text asking me if I wanted to authorize this amount with a "Yes" or "No". I texted back shortly and on the same day "No". They authorized the charge and now they want me to call into another of their worthless divisions and waste my whole day for a charge that I did not authorize and to NOT go through their institution. Their customer service is awful and they keep redirecting my complaint through a 866 toll free number which their reps wanting me to dispute in writing. They have no policies that they uphold. Their dispute process is archaic and strait out of process in the 80's.

      I have been trying to resolve my loan payment issues for several months as Bellco's online portal is not working. I have tried ACH payment, paying without logging in, & debit card to no avail. Their loan payment portal has always been frustrating to navigate but at least I could pay my bill before. Representatives just keep forwarding me on to other representatives and no one has any idea how to help. I have had to call in for 3 months now and it takes me over 30 minutes every time to pay my loan. It is the most frustrating! No one will help me set up auto pay as they say I have to do it online but I cant, I get an error message every time I try any payment setup. They all seem to have no idea that their website is not working or how to help. As someone who always pays and pays early I am so fed up with the waste of my time its taking to get my loan paid. There are major wait times to speak to a representative & constantly a warning of high call volume. ***************** client facing tech, and ease of use needs huge improvements. Horrible institution to deal with.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I set my account up on auto draft as the "solution" though I did not want to. I did it so I did not have to go through the process I have had to go through for the past several months of so much wasted time on the phone. Bellco failed at the auto draft set up and there was an error when they tried to pull it. The person I spoke to said they did not see that I had even been set up on auto draft. I called 6 times over the course of 2 days, sitting on hold for 15 - 20 minutes each call and then ending up having to request a call back anyways never speaking to anyone. When I finally got on the phone with a human it took me over 45 minutes just to make my payment. 

      It is unacceptable that I cannot efficiently make my loan payment through a call, online, or even auto draft.

      I opened a student checking account for my nephew on 05/02/2023. At the time I was assured that he could not overdraw his account. My nephew decided to run away so on 06/26/2023 I went into the branch on E. Cedar Ave in Aurora to close the account. I told the teller at the time that I wanted to close this account because he ran away and I did not want to be responsible for any charges he incurred and was assured that she closed the account. Come to find out, that teller did not close the checking account and she only closed the savings account, which I was told was mandatory to have in order to have a checking account. My nephew has since been able to overdraw this account by $189.78. I called Bellco and was transferred to a manager. This woman who said her name was ******, told me too bad, I will have to pay them the amounts that I was assured would not be able to be withdrawn regardless of the fact that I was told this would not happen and I went in to close the account and they did not do so. I asked her to speak to her manager, and she told me no. I asked her for the name of her manager, and she told me she would not provide that. I asked her for her last name and she told me she would not provide it. I asked her for the first initial of her last name and she told me she would not provide it. I asked her for her employee identification number and she told me she would not provide that either. I was happy with my experience with Bellco until now. There was absolutely no help from anyone within their company and since Bellco is not the only bank I work with, I will be moving away from using them ever again.

      *** paid off my vehicle and have been trying to get my title. I dont know how to do this in **********, where I live now. I called once in June for information and they were going to try to locate my title? Or else send me some paperwork to sign? I have received neither. I spoke with a representative today who did not know how to help me. He told me I signed something in June staying I live in ******. I did live in ****** June 2020-June 2022. I definitely did not sign anything this year. Im not even sure what this has to do with anything??????It was a terrible conversation. Instead of merely stating he did not know, he was blaming me for a signature that did not happen and on defense because he could not answer a single question I asked. Finally he said his manager would call me. I have zero faith this will happen. Two lengthy phone calls and zero information.

      I have paid my vehicle off and am getting no response or information on my title after lengthy phone calls and a short email correspondence. Each time I am promised paper work I will have to sign. I have not received any paper work. Each time I contact them I am ignored. My car was paid off several months ago. I have changed states. There is a problem with this BUT NO ONE WILL EXPLAIN. I do not want to involved an attorney in this but it is getting ridiculous. I just want to talk to someone who knows what the problem is. I have received very little information. An email will not suffice apparently! The last correspondence did not follow through and will not respond. I dont have tags for my vehicle or the freedom to sell my own property. How is this legal?

      After two BBB complaints (apparently they only accept one per case, ha) and more recently a ****** and yelp complaint - I did receive a very pleasant phone call form a Operations Relationship Specialist. The work was apparently being done behind the scenes and my title is in the mail. I have to believe this is true, I suppose. There was a hiccup in the process because of some DMV slow downs in ******. This does not take away the complete disregard and ******************* from one of the associates (who berated me for moving as if I caused some sort of never seen before catastrophe by changing states for work). There was a clear absence of communication. I am happy to have my title nearly six months after payoff. But I truly hope they clean up their basic customer service skills. ****** and Yelp complaints should not be the standard for mere explanations. Bellco needs help.

      My vehicle loan was satisfied in June 2023. I've called Bellco Credit Union three times in an attempt to get my lien release, and each time I'm given a different excuse. They have taken my phone number several times and promised to call me back and never do. I need help getting my lien release from them and no one at that institution has helped me yet. Can a supervisor please call me?

      We had a HLOC loan come due without any notice. The loan was purchased by Bellco several years earlier from another bank and we understood the terms to be different. We reached out to our branch for guidance. They started the process for a new loan and on the day of closing they called us to cancel due to an issue with our Certificate of Occupancy. We were directed to another employee to assist us with our loan. The people we spoke with could not resolve the problem and passed us along to someone else who passed us along to another team. We were told to be patient and would be contacted soon. 8 weeks have gone by with no resolution. Only after writing a letter to Bellco Consumer Lending was I contacted and told the papers we delivered to our branch never were sent. Our checking and savings accounts were seized, auto payments on the loan not processing resulting in credit scores significantly dropping and calls from collections. The lack of communication and delays has been extremely frustrating.

      *********************** department supervisor completely was unbelievable and unhelpful.. took off work early just to get a pay off amount of my loan. She asked questions like who was my loan agent ( Their name) misses my chance to resolve this issue due to my other bank being closed because of ******. Would not let me talk to her supervisor, just completely incompetent.
