      opened a Home Equity loan with Bellco Credit Union in August of 2021. They opened multiple accounts for me, without my knowledge or actual consent. In order to auto-pay my loan balance, they set up the payments for me. However, they set up multiple transfers that I did not approve nor have actual, full knowledge of: from a different bank's checking account, to a Bellco Savings account; from the savings account to.....I don't know where, as they will not tell me. I have 4 Equity loan accounts, where I should have had one. I was told they had to separate the one into two, however, they cannot tell me why, nor can they tell me how to pay for those. They have been charging me for late fees for several months, despite the payments being set up BY Bellco -- they intentionally set my payments to pay my loans late, so they could charge me late fees despite the auotpayments. And, when I call to inquire about this, they are not able to tell me what my accounts are, how they are being paid, and I cannot see that in my account. I have spent many hours on the phone with them to date, every few weeks or months, and this is never resolved.

      Bellcos ChoiceLine product (i.e.,HELOC) has one master account and up to four subaccounts.  The member is currently using three out of the four subaccounts, which is why she is seeing so many accounts.  This setup is clearly explained in the ChoiceLine agreement and the predisclosure form the member was provided before she filled out an application for the HELOC.  This is also what makes Bellcos ChoiceLine so flexible.  With regards to payments, Bellco is currently working with the member to make sure her payments are setup correctly so they can be applied on time.  Contrary to the members statements, Bellco did not set up her payments to cause late fees.  The payments were set up in accordance with the payment authorization form the member signed.

      We sold our house in ******** on Dec. 21, 2022. Our title company sent Bellco a wire to pay off our home equity. Bellco refused the wire. Our title company then send them a check via ****** After many calls to Bellco, they did not pay this loan off until January 20,2023! My credit report still shows this open balance AND a late payment was reported from Bellco. I just spoke with them, they took the information and said it could take them up to 30 days to review. I cannot buy a house right now with this on my credit report. I believe this bank is not following ******** laws.

      Bellco processed the loan payments timely.  No wire was ever received from the title company, so Bellco did not refuse any wire.  When the title company sent a check, the title company initially sent the wrong payoff amount.  The final payoff amount was not received until the middle of January, when the loan was finally paid off.  We will continue to work with the member and the title company to resolve any remaining issues.

I am happy to provide proof of the rejected wire but a Bellco Representative actually did email me and tell me that yes they did refuse the wire.

      After reviewing my credit report, I found multiple errors that needs to be investigated. I have also included copies of relevant documents to help your investigation. The reason i got into this mess with Bellco Credit Union was because the car dealership i purchase from required for the auto loan to be financed with their bank. The contract was very vague without any necassary info such as name of the Credit Union or how to set up the account. I have attached the contract for further assessment.After 1st month of the car possession i have received call from an caller ID " **********************" to payoff a payment. Now please bear in mind i still haven't received anything in email or even know that they were the bank my auto loan was set up with. I asked the person to email me directly with all of the necessary information such as loan details and account set up.Fortunately, i had to create online account myself and try to send the payment online. While doing so i kept running into same payment error while paying online. ( please see the attached screenshot)Also, i have even tried to add my external bank account to the app without any success.I have messages the customer service on numerous occasion regarding this technical issue but i still don't receive any answer back until this date. Frustrated enough they couldn't even accept the payment on the phone during these dates 08/22/2022, 10/22/2022, 12/22/2022. The only message i have receive back regarding my issues with paying online was to Register my email on the profile. Well still until this date that is impossible because the Bellco App freezes and quit on itself in that menu.Whenever i am on the phone i told the manager to contact me via EMAIL or any further communication so i can have everything in writing. No response from Bellco until this date.Bellco Credit Union should not be offering online banking at all because the company doesn't provided decent enough online banking to collect payment.

      My wife and I took out an auto loan with Bellco via a ***** dealership.The firm has failed to email or mail a statement or bill for our account. Myself and my wife have spent hours on the phone with them sharing this issue, yet they've done nothing to resolve it.We continually get hit with fees for late payment, even though they refuse to send us a statement in any form. Conversations with their team have been fruitless and often end with their team passing along blame to postal carriers, *********** and everyone else in between.

      The member has been informed that due to the nature of his relationship with Bellco, statements that contain information about his auto loan are sent quarterly.  We confirmed that statements have been mailed to the member each quarter.  Bellco does not send out monthly Billing Notices or reminders on any auto loans.  The reason for this is that, per the terms of his auto loan agreement, the same amount is due each month on the same day of the month.  The date of the payment and the amount owed does not change each month.

      Ive participated in discussions with at least six members of the BellCo customer service team and this is the first time that Ive been told of this policy. Continually, customer service agents have told me that notices have been sent, which is clearly false. 

      furthermore, weve been making payments on this loan for more than a quarter. No statements have been received. This comment from BellCo is blatantly false and a misrepresentation in an effort to charge for the firm to collect fees for late payment.

      I worked with the Bellco branch on ******** Blvd. starting in August 2022. I wanted to send a wire transfer to pay for a condominium rental in ***************, ******. The first wire was sent on August 9, 2022. I provided the gentleman at the branch with the detailed transfer instructions, including that the transfer was to be made in US Dollars, not ******* Pesos. The transfer was made in the amount of $4,789.75. The transfer was made using ******* Pesos by mistake by the Bellco employee. I was charged $40 as the wire transfer cost. The transfer was rejected because of the currency mistake. The second attempt was made on August 15, 2022 with the correct USD transfer. My account was again charged $4,789.75. On September 1, 2022, the Intermediary Beneficiary credited by account in the amount of $4,631.56 which reflected the exchange of the original amount converted to ******* Pesos and back to USD on the transfer of August 9, 2022. On September 2, 2022, my account was credited with $4,719.75. A return of the second transfer of August 15, 2022. This amount was $70 less than the transfer amount due to the ***************** keeping $70 as it's wire transfer fee. On September 2, 2022 a third attempt was made and my account was charged $4,789.75.As of today, January 19, 2023 this transfer is being held by the ****************** who refuses to refund the money even though none of the transfers ever made it to the Final Beneficiary. I have spoken with the Bellco Branch Manager numerous times since September with no success in getting my money returned. Here is his January 18, 2023 response to my request to have Bellco return my funds:"After speaking with **************** and getting the info again about the beneficiary bank advising they are unable to return the funds, it was recommended by them that the beneficiary be contacted about the refund. *** tried to reach out to the beneficiary but have not had any success. Bellco cannot just refund the money cause we are not the bank refusing to refund the money."I think this response is totally unacceptable. This has now stretched on for over 5 months. Bellco needs to take care of me. I've been a member since 2015.

      Bellco reported me 30 days late on an auto finance account I carried with them from October 2021 to December 2022. My first payment was due Nov 15th 2021 and the 15th of each month is when my payments are due. This is illegal reporting as I have NEVER made a payment past 30 days late with them. The reporting states I was late from October to December 2022. I have proof of payments for the lifetime of having an auto account with them. THEY received a check from gap insurance prior to Dec 15th to pay off remainder of the loan and on Dec 15th when I checked to see if I need to make a payment there was a credit to my account due to the gap insurance paying them. This is human error and it needs to be fixed. I have perfect credit Im not letting some idiots ruin what I have worked for the last 8 years of on time payments. This company is absolute trash. Anytime I have tried to call they again state they do not see it on their end in which it has been reported to all 3 credit bureaus as of today. This will be the end of my business with them all of my accounts will be transferred.

      Bellco has no record of reporting this member late to any credit reporting agencies.  If the member has an actual credit report showing a late payment during the stated time frame, Bellco will correct the issue.  With regard to her records, this message was the result of the application of the *** payment.  When the *** payment was applied, it automatically reapplied her other payments, which resulted in a credit to her account and that message being generated.  The member has been contacted and the situation explained.

      This company need ls.to be shut down, bbb needs to investigate it, they are unprofessional, steal money from accounts it just goes missing, and they don't try to make it right, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they bully people, instead of trying to help people and keep them in the vehicle they try and steal the vehicle. THE BBB NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS BUSINESS.

      Recent problem with Bellco Credit Union. On Dec 7, I got an email from CreditWise saying my credit score was reduced due to an outstanding bill, over 30 days old. Problem is I never received a bill from Bellco and the credit card had not been used since 2020. In checking, I found that the bill was from Aug 10th. It had something to do with a line of credit. I called the number on the back of the credit card and went through the telephone questions and was told that I did not owe any money and no payment was due. Unsure, I ask to speak to a rep. A woman answered and told me the same thing. I was still confused, so she gave me another number to call. I called the number twice and was on hold for over 30 minuets each time. I gave up with the phone and used their message service.It took 10 messages to get this resolved. I finally found out that the line of credit was the issue. Strange thing out of all the messages, no one ask me if I wanted to pay the bill. In several message, I ask to have a bill sent. Another problem was that all this time, they were tacking on fees. I refused to pay them because I never got a bill. Finally a man named ****** said he would have the fees waved and gave me a number to call to pay the original bill 0f $225.87. I called the number on Dec 20 and a woman took my payment information. I told her to cancel the credit card and close my account. Hopefully this will be the end of it.Checked messages on 12/23 and found this.Lines of Credit $34.45. The fees were not waved.I sent a message back, but I don't think it will do any good. I dont know what else to do. I have copies of all messages if that's helpful to you.Can you help?

      I am rejecting this response because:I did as ****** said. I call ** the number and made the payment. I check** my account later and found an amount still there. I sent Bellco a message and ask why was there a balance. The reply I got was "this isn't a fee. it's Per Deim"

      I have been in contact with them several more times and they haven't done anything to correct the problem. I am so disust** with the run around I'm getting from them that I sent this message after I found out that they block** me email. They sent me a link that did not work. I'm just f** up andwant tomget this over with.

      I am getting so sick and tir** of this. Your customer service ***** is the worst that I have ever dealt with. All I get from them is just a run around. I got 2 email messages in the past week that I could not read because my account was lock**.  That made a lot of sense. Lock my account and send me messages that I can't read.

      No one told me why I owe this money. I've ask many times to have bill sent, no one has bother** to do that. Almost every time I sent a message a different person would respond. From some of the replies I got, I don't think they were reading my original message. One person, ****** did try to help. He said that he would have the fees wav** if I paid the $225.87, which I did. Only to find out, I was now being charg** Per Diem and still ow** money.  I was willing to pay the original charge but felt that the fees should not be charg**. This line of credit that I was charg** for happen in early August. I did not fine out about this until Dec. 7th. And the way I found out was I got an email from CreditWise that my credit rating was lower** due to a past due bill with Bellco. My rating dropp** from over 800 to 715. I think my credit score should show you that I my bills on time.

      What annoys me is that with a bill over 60 day old, Bellco did not reach out to me with a letter or phone call about this. I was never sent a paper bill. My wife pass** away on July 23. She took care of all of our banking. I did not know that Bellco only sends email notices. I had no reason the check her email. I get paper bills in the mail from everyone else that I deal with.
      To end this mess, just tell me how much it will cost to end this, and I will pay it. Close my account and cancel the credit card,

      I contacted Bellco because my recently deceased mother's car had been reposessed (after her death) and there were important boxes from a recent move of hers still in the trunk. When I got through to reposessions, I spoke to a woman names ****** who at first was very kind but had to ask her manager what I needed to collect said items from my moms car. ****** came back on the phone and said I needed to obtain Executor of Estate to collect personal items and to contact the court house to do so- which I did. I was recommended to ask about the form "Collection of Personal Property Affidavit" by the combined courts. So, I called Bellco again, spoke to ******, who, this time was no help. She couldn't explain why I needed executor of estate vs the affidavit. In the *****************, per the probate laws, anything valued under $74,000 does not require a judge to appoint anyone executor rather fill put a page and a half listing what needs collected and estimated cost (in my case, clothing of little value, possibly family photos, etc). When I tried asking/explaining what it was for, she cut me off several times and said "they're not employed with Bellco" and "I don't know you" "that's wrong information". Of course, when I called the next day to get in touch with someone else in hopes of getting better info, that wasn't possible. Bellco should be employing people who are willing/familiar with the protocols of the company and why such an extensive "title" is needed. Now, I'll never get those things back of my mother's. I'm an only child, there's no one that would have to be notified of the belongings (like an executor of estate would be required to do). I'm not going to take on my mother's debts through Bellco just to collect belongings that are now mine-again, that's a responsibility that Executor of Estate takes on. I hope Bellcos protocols change in the future to help successors collect their things in instances like this... I also hope there is a better resolution for this.

      Bellco made sure to remedy this situation. A gentleman by the name of ***** called me and was my point of contact- he even made sure to follow-up with me and made himself available for me to connect with for some questions/concerns that I had. A gal by the name of ***** called and gave me the phone number to the company that has custody of my mom's car and my belongings. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained what I needed to do when I called them/what to expect (and was correct). Bellco even paid the fee to the towing company that I would have had to pay in order to gain possession of my belongings- this was a great surprise and one that I surely appreciated. I'm very satisfied with how this issue was handled after a sour, previous experience. I am forever grateful for the help and the kindness shown by the other member that I spoke with.

      I have been a bellco customer for almost over 4 years, In the past I have over drafted in my account. I have recently had been put on a plan that will take funds from my account to cover any over drafts from any transactions that were done. on November 7th, 21st and December 5th, 6th I have been charged "insufficient funds charges" in the amount of $28 each which all charges come out to $224 in total for all days. I have contacted bellco on multiple occasions trying to express my concerns and hopefully get assistance and a refund, and all I am being told is that I have reached my amounts for reversals. Upper management nor anyone can help me with this issue. I have been told on a couple of occasions I can go to the branch and they can help me. I have gone to the branch and all I am being told is I can't be helped. This has not been resolved as no one can help me. All I am asking is for a refund in the amount above. My banking account information is through bellco, my dob is 02/17/1998.
