      We received a car loan from belco. As soon as we received our first bill from them we called to pay off the loan. We paid the exact amount to pay off the loan in full. The representative on the phone told us congratulations and that our loan was paid off in full and we should receive the appropriate paperwork in the mail. We then received a bill from bellco for a little more than $5. I called to ask them about this and they refused to let me make any payment toward the loan. They wanted us to pay off the loan in person but we live in a rural area of ****** and no where near a bellco. I asked if I could use the savings account that the company requires for a loan (something we were not informed about). They said no because my name was not on the account that they set up themselves. Only my wifes name was on the savings account. We called them a couple of days later and they attempted to charge us a $20 late fee on top of the $5. They said they would take the $5 out of the savings account and send the rest via check. They could not close the loan because they couldnt take the late fee off without a review. My wife then calls to see if they can close the account on a later day. They inform here the late fee was taken off and our loan was paid off. We then received another letter in the mail today stating that we somehow still owe another $5 after being told that we paid off our loan twice. This entire process has been a nightmare. Each of these phone calls easily lasts over half an hour and obviously nothing ever gets done on their side of things. In my opinion they are exhibiting predatory behavior that should not be encouraged and the loan industry. I just want my loan to be closed.

      Today I was contacted about 26 dollars worth of fraud. The agent asked me several questions regarding certain charges, and I stated which were not mine. Upon completion of these questions the agent informed me that the card would be canceled and I would not have access to the card for 10 to 14 business days. Even after I explained I needed the funds to assist in a funeral which I have to attend, and assist in paying for in the next few days, I was informed there was nothing to be done. I was the then informed by a supervisor that my only recourse was to call customer service, and then I was hung up on. I then had to take time out of my day to contact a customer service representative to be told the fastest I could recieve my card would be 3 business days, and at a cost to myself for expediting. As a veteran who has banked with Bellco for years I find this to be wholly callous and lacking empathy for my situation; at this point I do not see the value in keeping my funds or doing business with an institution who acts in this manner.

      11/3 my debit card was declined. After an insanely frustrating call with a ******* Services *** I was made aware the reason for my card being declined was an attempted fraudulent charge. Mind you, I neither received ANY notice or communication of such attempt nor was I made aware my card would now be declined. The same MS *** had absolutely nothing to offer in way of assistance, other than stating she could send me to the Fraud Team to resolve once I provided the Fraud Number they sent meAfter explaining to her 37 more times that I was never made aware of the fraud attempt and was never provided a fraud number, let alone ever contacted by them (or anyone) and I had no such number to provide. A resolution was impossible, she was of no assistance and refused to get me in contact with anyone who could/might be of assistance. That was just the beginningthe next morning I went into a local branch a received a new card. Stopped for breakfast on my way home, card declined! Very long story shortmy card has continued to be declined (now a week later) but only for in person purchases & attempts to withdraw cash from Bellco ATMs. Apparently ordering pizza online is fine and dandy. The same ******* Services Team has given 3 separate assertions (multiple utterly maddening messages): the issue should be resolved (twice), I am not seeing any issues with your card or account it is possible there is an issue with the physical chip in the card, to the most recent (11/9) your debit card was rejected by our fraud navigator (yet again, there was zero communication with me regarding any attempted fraud or notice that my card will be declined) Ive also filed a complaint with **************************************** -preventing fraudulent transactions to protect funds is needed, but doing so blindly with zero transparency and zero communication while denying the account holder (me) proper access to those same protected funds while offering no reasonable solution is illicit.

      I contacted Bellco on 9/20/22 to seek guidance on how to obtain a copy of my title for my **** **** ranger due to moving to ********. In speaking with the Bellco rep, we came to the conclusion that the fastest and best option would be to pay off my auto loan and Bellco would mail me the title for the truck. The rep informed me that after the loan is paid off, the title is mailed and should arrive within 15 days, so i paid off the title. On Tuesday 10/11/22 i called back and spoke to ****, who stated that only a letter of the title being released would be mailed and that the title would be released to the **** I asked how i could get the physical copy of the title, to which he stated he would put in a ticket for someone from Bellco **************** to contact me back - I was never contacted back by Bellco. On 10/13/22 i called back in and spoke to another rep who reached out to the title department with me on hold. They returned and advised that the title was electronically sent to the ******* DMV and that i would need to contact the ** DMV to get the title released. Had Bellco provided accurate information on the 1st call or the rep reached out for assistance, this whole thing could have been avoided. I am now tasked with reaching out to ** DMV, paying a fee, and waiting for the title from another state, rather than Bellco doing it correctly the first time.

      Unfortunately, Bellco is unable to control how titles are delivered to its members in states that require electronic titles, such as *******. Bellco has fulfilled its obligation to release its lien on the title, and in order for the member to get a copy of the title, she will need to communicate with the ****************. If Bellco had physical possession of a paper title, we would be more than willing to mail her the original.  However, since ******* requires electronic titles, we are unable to assist any further.

      I am rejecting this response because: bellco has not provided me with a letter stating that the lean has been released. The truck was not registered in *******, it was registered in *****. A bellco representative confirmed my information and stated both the lean release and the title would be sent to me. Neither have been received on my end. Bellco has failed to provide either documention to me.

      We have confirmation from ***** that the lien release was delivered on Wednesday, November 2 at 11:44 am.  With regards to the ******* title issue, our records show the vehicle was purchased from a ******* dealership, so the vehicles title needed to be transferred in *******.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. However, given the fact that I have -finally- received the documentation I needed, there is nothing more that the business can assist with. Let it be on record that ***** took no action until I opened a BBB complaint, the lean release was delivered well after the complaint was open, and they STILL did not affectively communicate with me. Their leisurely and relaxed approach to the concern is a direct representation of the concern and ownership they put forth to help resolve this concern. A line taken straight from the "not my problem" book.

      June 2022 - now I have had this credit card account for nearly 20 years. My credit card was lost so I called the **************** line for a new card. ********************** subsequently changed my account number to a new account. I requested the new credit card for my account ending in x4525. They first said there was a plastic shortage so they couldn't provide new credit cards. Several months passed and I again requested the new credit card even as I paid the monthly payment due + interest. Sept 2022 my husband and I called Bellco **************** and they stated that a new card would be sent over the next week. As of Oct 12th no card has been sent per their records although monthly interest and fees are charged and the monthly payments are made by us. They sent us a recent statement on Sept 27th which has a balance of $2,454.31 with a credit limit of $3,000, however the available credit is now $0.00 although they are charging the monthly interest + fees and reflect a total minimum payment due of $49.00. But no credit card. We called on Oct 12 to the customer service number of ************ and they told us they could not help us and told us to all Bellco at ************. The Bellco rep stated that he doesn't see a new credit card being released, the account is in "Suspense" due to it be reported lost and doesn't know why the statement has no available credit. But he stated that we owed the minimum due. We stated, "But why don't we have a credit card that you are charging interest and why does the statement have zero credit availability but you're charging us interest on a daily basis." He had no answer and said very quickly that he has to transfer us to someone else. That didn't happen as usual the line hung up. We do not understand how Bellco, an established credit union, cannot possibly have the ability to send us a credit card for over 6-months but be allowed to charge us interest and report us late to credit bureaus if we didn't pay. This is a SCAM!

      I had a former Jeep Grand Cherokee lease financed through Bellco, loan ID #**********. Upon completion of the finance agreement, there were 2 additional monthly payments of $403 each that Bellco deducted in error. I spoke to multiple Bellco representatives via the call center on separate occasions the months following regarding this error who assured me those deductions would be returned. One was returned timely but as of today, the other is still outstanding.Upon additional calls made, a rep shared that the overdraft error had been applied to the invoice for wear and tear at the expiration of my Jeep lease. I had expressed concern over this citing that I had not been made aware of that in previous conversations with Bellco's call center nor have any documentation showing this. I also do not have any documentation consenting to applying a monthly payment overdraft error to that invoice. The last person I spoke to in Sept 2021 in response to a letter sent to their legal department assured me this would be resolved. It still has not been. Her name was ***** and her number is ************. Thank you for your help!

      I am rejecting this response because they have not resolved this item. They have acknowledged on multiple occasions that they made two deductions in error past the completion of the loan. One was returned and one is still unanswered for. I have repeatedly asked for that draft made in error to be returned to me and it has not been. I have also repeatedly asked for written documentation that supports they had applied that to wear and tear and also that they had my authorization to do so. Until they either return the amount that was drawn in error or provide documentation that supports each of those two requests, this is still unresolved. I greatly appreciate better business bureaus support in this matter.

      In April Bellco placed a hold on my account because of a late payment on my line of credit. The hold was not released. Three payments to Overstock.com were sent back because of this. Overstock cancelled my card and charged me $93 in return charges. This has negatively affected my credit score. I filed a previous complaint with the BBB. Finally contacted by ***************************, who said she would follow up. Have heard nothing from Bellco and no actions have been taken on my behalf.

      I opened an auto lease-buyout loan through Bellco in October 2021. While we began making payments against the loan immediately, in accordance with the terms of the Bellco loan, we began receiving notices in early 2022 from Bellco that they hadn't received vehicle title and that we were in default and the interest rate would increase. I obtained the title from ****** leasing and mailed it to Bellco in Feb 2022. The default notices from Bellco continued, however, and I fought with them for months over the phone until it was confirmed in May that Bellco received the title for my vehicle, which I had sent them in February. But, still the default notices from Bellco continued, with threats to increase the Bellco lease interest rate to 21%. We engaged the local Bellco branch in July 2022 for resolution. While the Bellco branch has been supportive, and the Bellco title and loan department has acknowledged they are "processing" the title, our interest rate increased in August and I began receiving extra charges. I began receiving calls from Bellco collections in mid-August. While the notes on the file are correct, about them having received the title, they badgered me to make a payment of the new interest rate so it wouldn't go against my credit report. Two days later, I received a ***** Nexis Consumer letter notifying me of negative action on my credit report. Six months to process my title is too long and they have not reduced my interest rate back to what was agreed to in the loan dated October 2021, and now, my credit is negatively impacted, as well, because I havent paid their fraudulent, false interest rate fees. I have completed my end of the loan agreement, paying on time every month. Bellco is scamming us an holding our great credit hostage, charging interest rates and fees through NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. We are paying on time. We sent then the title in February. And six months later, we're still dealing with this, but now with negative credit dings, as well.

      My car was stolen from my drive way and my loan balance was transferred to someone else who refinanced a loan using my credit and social security number. I found my vehicle near 23rd and ****** and the Vin number removed. I called bellco and my ******** phone was re routed to a fake bellco representative. This is a scam to steal cars and resell them out of a chop shop. ************************** rep ***** is a scam. And autonation jeep is a scam. ***************************** grandmother is the secretary . These people stole my car. Kept my loan payments and resold my loan to a girl who used my id and pretended to be me. Her husband is **************************

      Bellco placed a hold on my accounts after a late payment on a line of credit in April.The payment was brought up to date, but the hold was never lifted.I've had a credit card cancel because several of my payments have been rejected by Bellco because of the hold on my account. I only recently discovered this after speaking with a customer service rep.I have tried to contact Bellco SEVEN times by e-mail beginning August 1st. 2022.This had adversely affected my relationship with a credit card company and also harmed my credit rating. I was told a senior executive would contact me - heard nothing - then told this person was on vacation and wouldn't return to the office for a week. It has now been over a week and I have yet to hear from anyone to fix this problem.
