    From March - April, Line Constructions LLC was contracted and initially committed to the following for $7000:-Demo Kitchen, Fridge wall, range vent, ****************** according to the provided design plans.-Close Kitchen/Patio Door & repair exterior siding, frame and interior drywall *************** -Move pony wall in kitchen 1 foot out, relocation HVAC Intake and cap sewage vent in wall, according to ** plumbing code.-Demo patio door and install French doors, trimming, paint / texture repairs as needed.-Replace Stair Railing After starting the job, they found they had to do a few extra thing they didnt anticipate such as moving electrical wiring but we reached an agreement and work proceeded. There were a lot of setbacks (some on our part, some on theirs) and we were very understanding and worked it through with them with no hassle until we saw the repeated pattern of them trying to cut corners. When we were supposed to be in the last day or so of work, the owner asked for the rest of the payment, with a few tasks still left to be completed. Thinking we could trust him, I did, and it was practically radio silence ever since. When it was all said and done, they ghosted us after being fully paid with the following issues still ongoing:- Patio door not flush with weather stripping due to the door not being installed "true" - the left top side is slightly out and threshold shoe bolt hole being drilled in the wrong location.- Cabinet Transitions near trash and sink removed (due to being improperly installed causing the trash can drawer to not close all the way) and never reinstalled - Patio Trimming missing - Paint on outdoor trimming - Baseboards improperly fitted on inside of patio door - Inside trimming paint (due to door and trimming having scuffs and dirt on them)- Concrete step (which was a $450 add on) that was added has multiple cracks in it due to improper installation - Wooden border around concrete steps never removed Total Paid: $8650
