    We rarely rate our experiences, but had to stop and give JM 5 stars because we always have excellent experiences with their service. They have gone above and beyond for every project!

    JM Heating and Air is one of the best businesses I have worked with. They have done two system repairs and one large project for us. JM has precise communication on project scope, timing and cost. They send reminders and show up when they say, do what they say and for the price that is quoted. Prices have been competitive or better than other quotes. No surprises - so rare with contractors anymore - great. The repairs they did are still working fine, and the new system is great. Excellent, knowledgeable and hard working people. A model on how businesses should be run in my opinion. I wish other contractors were half as good.

    JM Heating & Air installed our furnace and AC unit. I cant say enough of how professional, and great they are! They were on time their crew was courteous and helpful. They are such hard workers. They have amazing prices, and products that they offer! We will always use them going forward for any HVAC needs.

    I've been using JM Heating & Air for over 6 years to service two different houses, I've never had anything but stellar service. Recently, my tankless hot water heater, which they installed 3 years ago, stopped producing hot water. I called them and they where able to fit me in same day. In short order, ***** was able to diagnose the issue and found a control valve, not related to the heater, that had failed in my plumbing system. That control valve was allowing cold water to enter my hot water line, causing all my problems. ***** quickly fixed the valve and got us back up and running.I would highly recommend JM Heating & Air to all my family and friends. I've also recommended them to my HOA board and he does work for several people in our community. No issues, great workmanship and a easy company to work with.As with most people, it's rare I write positive reviews (usually only complain on the BBB). ***** and JM Heating & Air has earned it.

    My 27 year old Kenmore air conditioner went out at the end of summer 22, and I called a few big companies and got some bids. I spoke with a coworker a few days later who highly recommended JM Heating and Air. She had used them in the past to replace a few furnaces in some of her rentals and also had them replace their own home furnace and A/C and only had great things to say. I called, spoke with *****, who proceeded to help set up an appointment to get a quote on a new system. ***** arrived on time, and presented me a few different estimates on various systems, and I finally decided on a high efficiency furnace and A/C since I knew that energy prices are only going up. A few days later, they arrived again on time, put down carpet protection (which I really appreciated) and installed my new ***************** equipment. I also had them install an Aprilaire steam humidifier since my wife has skin allergies. Ive had the equipment installed and running now for over 6 months without any problem. I am so happy I went with top of the line quality equipment, all for a reasonable price. Plus, these units are so quiet. Thank you, *****, for caring about what you do, and for taking the time to explain the differences between units available and the advantages of each.

    JM Heating attempted to install a flush mounted vent in our kitchen. They came in cut my ceiling and 3 ceiling joists. They failed to secure the joists. The ceiling begin to drop and crack. They also used only 2 2 by 4 to secure the unit in the attic without framing the unit. After 3 days, I sent pictures of my roof dropping as well as proof of cracks in the ceiling. The Company texted me and said they could come out 10 days later to attempt to fix even though my ceiling was cracking. I had to have a framer come the next day to secure the unit before it falls on my $6000 kitchen island. After notifying JM HEATING that I had to have someone else come out to fix their negligence, they threatened to place a lien on my property.

    Hi *****. We are sorry we are just now receiving your review and would like to apologize that our service did not align with your expectations, even after the follow-up and communication we had. It is always our desire to exceed expectations and maintain great relationships. We would, however, like to clarify a few things, to keep all of this as honest as possible. When we were out on Friday, before we proceeded with any work, we took extreme measures to ensure your new light fixtures, kitchen island and flooring would not be damaged, by carefully taping and draping plastic coverings around all appliances. Then we proceeded to cut 3 joists, to get the ceiling mount range-hood installed. The 3 joists were secured within the ceiling, with plaster-guard (concrete). While in the attic, the 3 beams were sturdy enough to support my weight, bearing down on the house, while also holding the rangehood. The ceiling was more than secure and very stable. Once the ceiling mount rangehood was installed, we then secured the joists in the attic, to the range hood and the housing of the rangehood. After framing in the housing for the rangehood, we informed you that if there was any cracking, we would have our contractor address the stress fractures and re-caulk and seal in the ceiling, if needed. With plaster-guard, since it is concrete, there can be visible cracking. Per our conversation on Friday evening, we had done a great job. If there was any cracking, you said not to worry, as you were planning to have your personal contractor re-paint the entire ceiling. After leaving at around 6 oclock in the evening, on Friday, we scheduled an appointment to come back on Monday morning. So, we were planning to come back out, 3 days later, not 10 days later. 3 days later, on Monday, we would have planned to address any stress fractures and complete hooking up the vent. After communicating over the weekend, ** was more than willing to come back out and remedy the issues you had and do whatever we could to fix the problems. With no communication from you, and not hearing from you for 53 days, we sent a demand letter and a Notice of Intent to Lien. The mechanic lien was recorded and filed on 1/04/2023. We provided enough time to respond and allow us to rectify the issue at hand. We set a high standards for ourselves, and were so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.
