    This is a scam. Unbeknownst to me when I first purchased this product it was not a one time purchase. They keep coming and charging me hundreds of dollars. I have sent multiple shipments back unopened back to them marked refused but they keep sending them and charging me.

    I just wanted to try this product to see if it worked. I keep getting boxes of these gummies and auto credit to charge card. I've tried e-mail, calling and leaving messages for return calls and nothing so far. Tried to get credit card company to stop payments, will have to try again. What is with not being able to cancel these shipments. Will start "returning to sender" and hope that will help, feel trapped by this "deal" I did not sign up for. Thanks for any help you are able to give.

    I bought a one time pack, and I am charged every month for $199. I did not sign up to be charged monthly. I tried to call, and I have not been able to reach them.

    Ordered a one-time purchase of keto with ACV gummies and was charged more than the ad described. Then received another box one month l *****. I called ************* who stated that since they didn't hear back from me, they signed me up for recurring shipments! They offered a $70 refund and keep the bottles (original cost to me ******). I asked for a label to return the item for full refund. They offered $90 and keep bottles. Also said that I would be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. !! I have submitted a dispute with the credit card company. Will see if that does anything. Geez, this is such a scam! They use well-known influential personalities to **** you into purchasing their product too!

    I placed a one time charge. They are sending once a month$99. I changed my account *** they are still charging me!!

    I ordered 1 bottle of Keto Gummies for $29.28. My bank statement revealed I had been charged that amount and a second charge of $239.99. When I inquired about this charge, I was told that I actually ordered a 6-month bundle of products, which I did not. I dont have that much money to spend and only ordered 1 bottle to try them. I told them I would be sending back everything they ship except 1 bottle and that I expect a full refund of everything else. I was told there is no guarantee I will get a refund. Now what am I to do except file this complaint.

    I saw an ad on ******** for Transform Keto supplements and decided to order and try them. I placed my order for two bottles. (Nowhere did I read that it was a subscription and that I would continue being charged and sent more product.) I never received an email confirmation of my order even though I provided an email address. When I received my first order there was nothing within the packaging containing any information about the company, how to contact them, or how to return if I wasn't satisfied. I then received another shipment the following month, which I did not authorize or want, and was charged double what I paid for the first shipment. I was able to find a contact number after researching online. I canceled the subscription on 8/24/23 and requested to return the product. They refunded me half the amount immediately back to the card I had purchased with and stated I would receive the other half (minus the restocking fee) when they received the return. The product was shipped with tracking on 8/25 and they received the product on 8/28. I was watching for my refund and when I still hadn't been refunded as of 9/20 I called to inquire. They checked that the item had been returned and apologized for my not having received my refund. They would issue the refund again and it would take up to 10 days. On 10/4 I still had no refund so I called again. They stated there must have been an error so they were issuing the remainder as an echeck and please check my email and spam. On 10/11 still no refund so called again and asked to speak to supervisor. I was told supervisor was busy on other calls so I left my number but no one called me back. I called again on 10/12 and waited to speak to the supervisor and was told the same info about waiting for an email ****** that she would personally follow up with. It has been 7 weeks since my first call and return and still have not received the rest of my refund. RMA # ****A1DFF5C65D9; **** tracking **********************

    I have contacted them now on two occasions to cancel this scam and they keep charging and sending product. Email listed does not work.

    I am unable to cancel monthly delivery of a TRANSFORM KETO product identified as "KETO+ APPLE CIDER VINEGAR GUMMIES" I have tried calling the company with either no response or the company hangs up on my call . I also have never been given an order number or subscription number for this product. Nevertheless, I am being billed $199.88 monthly on my ***** ********** card. I have asked ***** Fargo to stop payment on this particular account and they are making efforts to stop the deliveries and charges.All efforts to cancel the account have been unsucessful!

    I am trying to cancel a subscription for Transform Keto, which I did not sign up for! I bought a one-time purchase and then was charged a second time for a renewal. Now I cannot get into contact with the company via their information listed on the bottle and I cannot get off their subscription list. I would like to be removed from the subscription immediately.Communication from the company has only been to provide a bill and shipping estimate.
