  Similar to the lengthy comments below. Zero stars. I ordered the $39.99 "deal." They charged my credit card *****, plus 239 more. From the reviews, I now understand that they will be charging me over $200 monthly for a subscription that I didn't authorize. I will be contacting my ****** of ******** General of my state to investigate this company.

  Transform Keto would not terminate my account. I telephoned them multiple times and finally they stopped my account. The charge on this account is ********** they refunded $50.00

  Same complaint as most of you- Product does not work as advertised and I am being hit with monthly charges of $239. I cannot seem to get anyone's attention.

  My mother bought a one time pack, and they have been charging every month for $199. She did not sign up to be charged monthly. She has not been able to reach this company to cancel. The product is low quality and does not work. They are taking adavntage of people.

  They deserve zero stars. This is a scam. I did the trial and less than one month later they automatically sent me another six bottles and charged me $239+. I didnt open it and called for a return reference number. I paid shipping back to them @ $11.80. Almost a month later I still hadnt received my refund. Called again and they had received the return but hadnt processed my refund. I was told that they would be charging me $10 per bottle for shipping after I had already spent only $11.80 to ship back all six. They were going to only refund me around $179. I raised h*** and told them I was going to report them and they came up to $214. Still not what I was charged. Dont get fooled by this scam like I did.

  Do NOT order from this company. I ordered what i thought was 3 bottles for $39.99, then get two free. Instead, i ended up with a bill for almost $300 after they scammed me into some detox stuff that i did not order and the bottles were obviously not the price that i thought i was paying. I tried to email customer service that i found for them on the internet (no info is easy to find for this company). It came back undeliverable. The phone number i tried was invalid.THEN a month later, ANOTHER box of gummies shows up and they charge me another $240!! I found a valid number here on the BBB site and all of the complaints that i wish Id seen first. I call and fight to get them to cancel the subscription they tell me i signed up for, which i did NOT do. Also, i finally fought enough to get them to say theyd give me a refund if i mail the last shipment back. Im still screwed in the first shipment because they say i didnt contact them within the first 30 days. (No valid contact info)I mail back the shipment right away, following their instructions. I emailed several times asking for refund status. They just stopped responding. I called today, 6 weeks later, and had to fight to get my refund because they claim their warehouse hasnt confirmed receipt yet. The lady hangs up on me. I see a refund for $189.88 coming through..50 short. I call back again and have to fight with the rep about the other 50 and had to get aggressive to get them to get me a supervisor. The supervisor tried telling me its $10 per bottle restocking fee. I insisted that he refund the entire remaining 50. After much go round, he finally Did me the favor of refunding it. NEVER AGAIN. Do NOT get mixed up with this company

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED ONE BOTTLE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 6! 239 DOLLARS LATER. I RETURNED THE WHOLE BOX OF BOTTLES AND HAD TO DISPUTE IT.

  This is a very dishonest company. I placed a 1 time order through ******** which should have only cost $120.00 per their fraudulent advertising. Instead they charged me $ ****** on 6/15/23. On 7/17/23 they charged my credit card an additional $199.98 which I did not authorize. I received a 2nd shipment on 7/20/23 which was unauthorized. I immediately contacted them though they made it very difficult to find their number and the initial phone attempt went to voice mail. When I did reach their representative she gave me specific directions for returning this product to a P.O box in *******. She noted once they received the product, they would credit my credit card in **** business days. I mailed the package of their unrequested product back to them on 7/21/23. I also had the U.S. postal service track the package. The package arrived in ******* on 7/25/23. I contacted my credit card company and had them close my account as I was fairly certain that this fraudulent company would try to bill me again in August. Later, I contacted Transform Keto again on 8/14/23 as they had not credited my credit card for the 2nd unauthorized charge. The representative stated they had not received the package I mailed to them. I noted that they had received it as I had the postal service track it. She stated I would need to take it up with my credit card company. As of today on 9/8/23, still no credit issued from this company. I am addressing in a dispute through my credit card company. They are a SCAM. I will continue to pursue getting my money back. There is a universal principle -- what you reap you will sow. Eventually this will come back to them. I have tried to post their phone number and email on this review, but was not allowed. Good luck to the rest of you who have unfortunate dealings with this company.

  Total scam, never agreed to repeat shipments or charges. If anyone files a lawsuit... count me in.
