I came across an ad online that sold keto gummies to lose weight. I thought I would order one bottle and try it. As it turned out, the order was for one bottle for $59.99 AND two bottles of detox gummies at a price of $119.88! I found out later I was on a subscription and one more bottle came a month later charging me another $119.88! I called a number I had for them and they told me I could return them after 60 days-each. I called them again after the 60 days and they told me I could return them, the first set of bottles. They gave me RMA numbers for both boxes. I never opened any of the bottles, because of doctors advise not to take them with the meds I am on. I returned them all to an address **** at transform Keto gave me. I have not been refunded any of the $299.75 and can't get ahold of them now. I have lost almost $300!! What a big mistake I made. Do not order keto gummies for weight loss!!

I ordered a product I believed to be $59 dollars for 2 bottles and 3 free bottles. When the next page came up it was an offer for 2 more bottles of a different kind of product. I did not want it so I advanced the page and found out I was being charged $199.88. There was no way to cancel so I called customer service twice and they assured me there was no charge to my account. Three days later the charge showed up from my bank account. I had previously told the agent that I did not want the product to cancel it and refund the charge if it showed up. After that I had a number of contacts with others and they assured me I could return some of the product for a refund and someone else would contact me about how to do that. No one has contacted me and now suddenly I have another charge on my account for $199.88. I also asked if this was a subscription and was told no. I had previously contacted my bank as it was on a debit not credit card and they said if there was no fraud they could not do much. I will be contacting them again. This company owes me $234.76 and a way to return the 5 bottles of unwanted and unused product.
