    Poor customer service in my experience. I purchased a device from them 2 or 3 weeks ago & received NO confirmation or any type or email or text after purchase its now 2 to 3 weeks later, they gave no instructions or options if I needed to return and I when I called their ***************** #" the guy I spoke with clearly was uninterested in assisting me after one simple question his tone he clearly wanted to get off the the phone, this was a less than 2 minute call mind you not 30 miunutes. I wish I had his name to put here but i did not think to memorize it because I was not expecting such a poor customer service. I'm now stuck with there device but will not be using it due to the poor service or lack there of. I purchased from a company who sent multiple follow up emails the same day I purchased with all types of helpful information 0 stars
