      I was receiving trash pick-up services from Mile High Waste & Recycle since last fall. I was invoiced and paid for the service once per quarter. On March 26, 2025 I paid online through a link on the company's emailed invoice for the upcoming quarter of ****** **** ****** 2025 and received a receipt (which I can provide). On the evening of March 31, 2025 I received another invoice by email, indicating the payment was not made, although I had a receipt proving otherwise. The next day, April 1, I tried responding to the email, attaching a copy of my receipt, and asking for confirmation of the payment and received no response. I also tried to call their business number several times that day, which no one answered. I could not leave a voicemail as the voicemail box was full. I also went online and went through their website to send an email to their ****************************************** email address, to which no one responded. The next day I once more sent emails through both methods in an attempt to resolve the issue, and again no one responded. I tried calling numerous times throughout the day, again with no answer and unable to leave a voicemail. Several times through the week I attempted the same, with the same result. The following week they neglected to pick up my trash. I tried one last time to contact them through their new customer sign-up on their website, with still no response. It appears they are going to keep my payment and refuse to either respond or provide the service for which I paid. At this point all I want is a refund of the money I paid for services they refuse to provide.
