Pattern of Complaints
On June 4, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to concerns reported by consumers who hired PrimeStar Property Solutions, LLC for home improvement projects, specifically roofing. The consumers expressed concerns about the progress of their projects and what they perceived as a lack of communication with the business. Consumers allege the business owner was paid in advance for work that was never performed as promised.
Research by BBB through the Denver’s Department of Community Planning and Development revealed the Contractor’s License for the owner, Matthew Van Gels, expired on April 30, 2020, and the Contractor Status is expired.
On July 02, 2021, and July 17, 2021, BBB reached out to PrimeStar Property Solutions LLC for a response to the consumer complaints however, the United States Postal Service returned the mail marked as undeliverable.
