I just used Priority Plumbing for the second time in the last month. They cleaned a problem in my main sewer line caused by tree roots. I was also experiencing a slow drain in kitchen so I checked their website and had them return and run the sewer line in my kitchen. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. I asked for business cards so I can refer them to other people. It is hard to find a good plumbing service and I am happy to give them a positive recommendation.

Thank you so much for making the time to come to my house and check and fix my water heater. I had bought it six months ago and there was a small leak. They didnt take very long to fix it and didnt charge me, technician was very knowledgeable and considerate.

Dang sorry to read the slew of negative reviews. As far as I can remember I had PP out for two jobs last year and they were A+ as far as my dumb (non plumbing expert) a** could tell. Very fair pricing not rock bottom not super monopoly man priceydid the job(s) and were easy to work with.

Technicians **************** both did their jobs. My gripe is with the *** **** who refuses to call me back and explain how/why he decided to give false information out to the potential Buyer of my home. We had PP&HC service existing root intrusion and scope for signs of offset and /or breaks. The line was found intact. Our buyers were still hesitant and wanted to speak to the technician that did the job. We gave PP&HC permission to have the **** ****** call them. Instead we find out through our Seller Agent that not ****, but the *** ***** called the **** and his agent and told both of them that TWO BREAKS were found in the line and repairs are recommended. Really?!?!3 phone calls from me. 3 phone calls from my agent to PP&HA to speak to **** all went ignored.Due to **** stirring the pot, and us wanting to satisfy our buyer, we had to get ANOTHER plumber to scope the line...guess what...NO offsets or breaks. (Shocker) Client still unsatisfied, gets their OWN plumber and surprise...NO offsets or breaks! I'm not making this stuff up folks.A) **** does't know how to read a report and video or B) he was trying to drum up business at our expense. Sad he can't stand up for himself...even when he is wrong. Not true ****?!?!?! Then you should have called us back.DON'T EVER USE ******************

First, thank you for your feedback. After reaching out to gather additional information, it's our understanding that whomever Sean was speaking with was requesting a guarantee in some fashion that roots would not grow back into the sewer line (which of course, no ethical company would guarantee). Having personally reviewed the video inspection, I didn't see anything imperative at this time would require repair or replacement. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that clay pipe that is many decades old, is not conducive to keeping out roots.

November 9, 2023 Priority Plumbing and Heating Littleton was hired to replace a mainline on our property hired by (HomeServe.) They acted in several negligent ways, did not complete the job they were paid to perform, destroyed sprinkler lines and electrical that they said they would fix. When we raised the concerns to ******************************** VP told us that our concerns were not his issue. **** gave my mom (policy owner and I - part owner of the home) the run around for 6 months, conveniently always in a "meeting." After paying a 3rd party to scope/ make note of the issues, they told me it would be $18k+ to fix Priority's mistakes - Did not backfill our soil - Cut several sprinkler lines/ electrical/buried them.- Failed to replace our mainline in its entirely (4ft left untouched) with severe root intrusion.- Failed to clean up - Clean out caps below ground level, improperly glued/ secured.05/01/24 - Priority said they would replace the old line they failed to replace, clean up trash they left, back fill soil, and get someone to fix our sprinkler lines/ electrical.During the process, a crew member showed the policy holder the mainline was leaking sewage into the front yard. Almost a month later - ********************* wont return phone calls about getting our sprinkler lines/ electrical fixed, continues to be in "meetings" After weeks of attempted outreach from my fianc - on 5/29/24 only did ***** (president) ******* us after a BBB compliant - further drawing out the outstanding issue w no intent to resolve the sprinkler system/electrical they destroyed. We have spent $2,750 just to get the sprinkler lines and electrical fixed.I believe the only reason they came back on 5/1/24 was because HomeServe was made aware Priority Plumbing and Heating did not perform the job they were paid for in its entirety As of 5/29/24 we want them to cover a partial sprinkler repair cost of $1,471.00

********************* Where to even begin. Dealing with priority plumbing has been one of the worst experiences in recent memory. I still sit here with a ruined front yard, holes in my walls, leaking plumbing, and inadequate water pressure due to undersized and out of code piping. To preface, this was a house we purchased and had some items to fix. The sellers were appalled as were. The work was done by priority and paid for by our sellers insurance. Let me say I understand insurance companies pay for the bare minimum, but the work is/was atrocious. The work that was done Im about to outline was appalling and bordering intentional. I have retained an attorney and will be careful to just give facts. I am skeptical of all the 5* reviews.Picture the moment you close on your house, filled with excitement; pull up to see the yard completely torn apart, with a giant dirt mound, sod mixed in not separate ruined (pictured). I then go into the house and turn on the bathroom faucet, notice low water pressure, I turn on the second and flush the toiletbarely a dribble. There was no issues with water pressure during inspection, just galvanized pipe to be replaced per contract. I then open the cabinet and to my horror see (pictured) the drywall cut out with pex running through just hanging there like a crack head cutting holes in the wall for copper. There is excellent access from the basement, there is no need for this. He tries to gaslight and tell me the aerators on the sinks are plugged, and that they didnt change the pressure. After showing him prior inspection videos he agrees they will run properly with a manifold off the main (dont get me started on the manifold, they ran EVERYTHING in the house off a single line). I was told they WILL NOT BE FIXING THE DRYWALL,4 weeks later and nothing is fixed.

Priority plumbing and heating by far is the worst company I've ever went to for service!!! Not only they didn't do anything for my grandparents A/C but they stole money from them. who steals from elderly !!! His name is **** and he was the one that came out to service the A/C unit that we needed help on. **** stated that to recharge and seal will cost about $500-600 and to just recharger is $300.. my grandparent agreed to do recharge and seal and they charged them $700. My grandparents paid $300 in card and $400 in cash... A/C wasn't blowing any type of air nor cooling the house down but the a/c kept on running non stop... and the a/c end up freezing as well. they sent me an email for receipt and I notice that there was only a $300 charge for the service and there was no record of $400 cash payment anywhere . I called it in and they apologize for whatever happened to the $400!!!! As of today I've not heard from the manager about a refund... only a deal on giving them back $700 plus $500 off on the NEW A/C UNIT THEY WANT TO SELL US!!!! NOT HAPPENING .

They came to my house to fix the leak charge my insurance $**** within a month I had a second leak. Never quoted me the price for replacing the whole water service line. They are overpriced they did a good job but we have been a price gouging Considering most companies are charging ****.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have no control over what your policy coverages are with your insurance company. Additionally, all pricing and work that was performed coincided with your policy which is why only a spot repair was performed and why you had no out of pocket expenses. Using phrases such as "price gouging" is not only inaccurate (our pricing in both of our **************** and ****** markets are "middle of the road" respectively),but demonstrates a lack of awareness to the pricing spectrum of like work in this market.

While it's unfortunate that you gave us a two-star review when as you stated that "we did a good job," we ask that you would understand that insurance policy coverages can be very limiting in certain circumstances. Enjoy the rest of your day.
