Priority Plumbing and Heating now at the top of my Most Unreliable Contractors list ... I've been a property manager/ owner for over 12 years now, *** worked with numerous contractors, and there are a lot of good reliable and trustworthy businesses out there ... but Priority Plumbing is BY FAR THE WORST plumbing company Ive ever had to deal with in all those years. They've been unable to finish a job that was started almost 18 MONTHS AGO, TERRIBLE communication, and ZERO follow through on anything they say to your face. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company, save yourself the stress of being ignored and having your job go unfinished.Ive spoken with the owner/manager *** and the secretary ****** MANY times face-to-face, and have also texted / called numerous times for updates, but for some reason these two keep passing the blame/responsibility back and forth to each other on who is supposed to Draft the Plans for a simple Backflow Installation and give it to ******************* Bldg. to once and for all inspect their work and get the permit passed. I cant get ANY clear answer from either of them, ever, and theyve had More Than Enough opportunity to finish the job they started... Did you install it incorrectly and don't want to stand behind your work? What exactly is going on here?!INVOICE# ******** dated July 13, 2021 you have my number, please figure out your nonsense.

Absolutely atrocious trying to take advantage of my elderly mother-in-law who is in hospice. Her master bath was draining extremely slow and I tried multiple drain snakes and couldn't get anywhere with it. So reluctantly I called Priority Plumbing had a tech come out. After 3 hours of relatively nothing getting done he said the entire drain from the tub to the exhaust in the sewer would have to be replaced and because of the tight spot that the pipes are in he was going to be over a $3,000 job but he would do us a favor and only charge us $1090 parts and labor. I wanted a second opinion and scheduled a smaller plumbing company to come give an estimate and see what they think. But before they could come out I decided to head over to her house and take a look for myself because that quote from Priority Plumbing and Heating irked me. Sure enough I take the trap off the drain and see a large shampoo cap sitting vertical with nearly a pound of hair and gunk surrounding it and I knew right away that was the problem. I clear the clog like I should have from the beginning and the bathtub drains better than I've ever seen it. I'm from a small town where plumbers make $60 an hour and do free estimates, the fact that one of the largest plumbing and heating companies in **************** has technicians that make $220 an hour and charge $50 for estimates it's pretty bad but the fact that those technicians have the indecency to try and scam a dying elderly woman is one of the most embarrassing acts of humanity I've ever witnessed. I've never requested to talk to the manager of an employee over something negative but tomorrow this will be the first time.
