    On 8/13/24 I filed a complaint on ******* *** Nutrish website. I called on 8/14/24 and spoke with ******. My complaint was a weird nasty grey food that I found in the 50lb bag I bought from *********. I emailed ****** my pictures as she asked on 8/15/24. 8/16/24 I was emailed back stating they would like the sample to test and I would get a coupon. 8/26/24 ****** stated it takes ***** business days from 8/16/24. I had to purchase a whole new bag because I didnt trust the bag I had. I have 4 dogs so I cant just switch their dog food weening them off would take time where I will still have to purchase ******* ***. I would like the coupon so I can start this process. I did try the brand for a few months and thought it was better than the Purina Lamb over Rice Ive given my dogs since 2018, but Ive never had this issue. I am highly disappointed with the slow response, whatever was in the dog food, and the company stating one thing but doing another.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
