  They do not recycle your mattress. They hire someone from the area who likely already has a business of their own and charge you double the price that the individual who is actually doing the work would charge you. The guy who moved my bed was great, but he wouldve been great for $200 less if I had just called him directly instead.

  1 twin mattress left sitting by the curb for 2 days. At 12:30 Friday I got a text saying be patient, they were looking for a driver. At 5;15 after my text, the reply again asked for my patience. My husband called, no answer. No service but $135.00 to play a game. I despise scammers and no response is a confirmation. I've been had. Now my question is, how do I dispose of a mattress in ******?

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Similar to everyone else, I was given a window from 8am to 6pm and had the mattress out well before 8am. I was moving states the next day and at 5:50pm I got a text stating the driver had an emergency and couldnt complete pickup. I tried to call and email them both with no response. I texted the number that informed me just to get a text stating they have no other drivers and cannot give me a reschedule time. I texted 3 business days later and they were STILL unable to give me a reschedule time. I was now several states away being threatened to lose my deposit and had to scramble for a couple days reaching out to everyone I could find, I was even planning going back to take care of it personally. I live in a more rural area so the options are slim as is and I thought this was an amazing option, it was not. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

  No one ever came, no one returned messages, emails, texts, I will have to go through my credit card company to get reimbursement..Complete scam.

  I scheduled a Friday driveway pickup (window of 8am to 6pm). I had the mattresses out before 8am, as requested. The whole pickup window has passed, Ive received zero communication and no pickup has occurred. I called the number, which had a generic automated message that the number was not accepting calls; to leave a message. I did so.

  I scheduled an appointment for a pick up on Saturday. Their pick up hours are 8 am - 6 pm. I didnt hear from the company until almost 4 informing me that they couldnt get anybody to pick up my order. I continued to wait until 6 and reacher out again asking for an update. They told me the same and asked that I give them time. They had no set timeframe on when my pick up would be fulfilled. I reached out again that Monday and received no response. I would not recommend.
