    Company was hired to install and remove Christmas lights. Arrived without notice, started putting lights up, broke cover on outside electrical outlet, said they would be back in a couple days to finish. After several days of not hearing back, I finally spoke to someone saying they would not be returning to complete the work. The total I was quoted for all of the work was $800, after only doing 1/4 of the work they are asking for around $500. I have asked sever times for itemized invoice, but have received no communication back. They also said they would fix the damaged outlet several days ago and have made to effort to contact me or fix the damage they caused. I would like an itemized receipt, showing labor hours and the products I purchased. They are also saying the product warranty will not be granted. Please help me in resolving this issue!

    The customer was verbally aggressive and out right abusive to the employees that started the work.  The lead tech that was there that day has worked in this company for 6 years and stated that he had never felt so criticized and belittle by a customer before.  We decided to stop working for this customer and offer to take back the lights or ay for the work that had been done.  They chose to keep the lights and pay for the work.  The estimate for the work was between $800-$1000 and the lights we put up were about half of the work originally quoted.  We have sent itemized receipts to no resolution.
