    Updated review June 2025.Used to be one of my favorite companies In terms of in person customer service as well as email service. The quality of the shirts in their fit has gone way down since the ** days (the tropo-fitted no longer fits like a fitted shirt) and the pants wear quickly (pilling) despite only being used for international trips not even domestic frequency. Disappointed and cannot recommend anymore. Somehow I'm going to have to make the quality shirts that they used to sell, last the next 25 years.For the latest saga, purchased this belt as a spare, The holes ripped in the non-convertible Miami belt and it was replaced. Wore the replacement belt with the new uniform late May, one trip later, the pin screws that hold the leather belt in place to the buckle shattered and went everywhere in the flight deck This convertible belt does not last, save your money and shop elsewhere. You will thank me later. **************** tells me that despite only been used on one trip, it will not be ************* your hard-earned money and buy a genuine real leather belt that lasts somewhere else.Original review: Made a reservation on their website for a pant and blazer measurement and fitting. ******* was the ***. A welcoming experience given the last couple of weeks in the training puzzle palace.Overall a positive and welcoming experience, and helpful tailor. The alterations were ready within an hour on this particular visit.
