    The quality of the shirts has been vastly degraded.
    I've been a long-time customer of ACA, over 15 years. After 4 years of regular use with my pilot shirts, I put an order in for another set of shirts. I ordered the same style and material that I always do - 15.5 inch neck, short sleeved and using their "Tropo" material. After a couple months, I received my shirts in the mail. I used one of the shirts for exactly 3 trips and already it looked worse than the shirts that I was replacing. Pilling was present on multiple areas of the shirts, and the collar looked ragged.
    These shirts are expensive, and if you have a modification (such as a waist reduction), you have to wait up to 2 months to receive your product. It's not feasible for a consumer to only wear these shirts a few times before they have to be discarded while having to wait months to get replacements. This company's cost-cutting has severely damaged their reputation. I used to recommend nothing but ACA to my co-workers, but sadly I can no longer vouch for this product.
