    I sent in an Xbox elite controller to get fixed(cuz bumpers always break) and they sent me back a brand new one because they didnt have the parts to fix it, so I sent in my other elite controller, which they replaced again as well, there awesome, support was awesome too, so Im kind of confused about all the negative comments., probably one person thats really mad at them, made it there sole purpose in life to destroy. Yikes..

    Trash company. Bought a controller through them months ago and now I can't even reach them and I believe their website is shut down

    Purchased multiple controllers from them. Need two repaired and now their website is shutdown.

    I was given one of their controllers as a gift. It was very poor quality for $79.99 plus shipping. The back felt like sandpaper. They stuck on a design which was poor.
    So put in a ticket threw their website. Emailed back and forth with the company, they finally agree’d to let me pick out another controller.
    So I paid to ship the controller back to them. And never heard from them again!
    They didn’t give me any type credit on my account or send me anything to credit me.
    They just closed out my ticket # without doing anything. Didn’t notify me of anything after I shipped it out.
    And now when I try to get on their website, it no longer exists!
    So that was the worst $79.99 ever spent and still no controller.
    What a disappointment!
