      Jeff W*********** was at our home to have him give us a quote.He seemed willing to help at first but boy were we wrong. I followed up with per his request via Text and email but haven't heard back from him. I called a week later and he actually had the guts to get on the phone, say his name and stop as soon as he realized I was the caller (who knows why?).
      Luckily there are hundreds of window companies out there and I guess I found the worst one in the area. IF you actually care about being treated professionally, I highly recommend going somewhere else. IF the company sends you Jeff W***********, I would cancel and not waste your time.

      First off, this person is not even a customer of ours. We are a replacement window and patio company only. This person wanted a repair on his window, we do not do repairs. However, our Project Manager Jeff W*********** still went over to look at this persons damage to his window. Jeff recommended companies that could remedy his problem. Jeff then went on vacation for a week, and this person tried calling again for whatever reason?? We could not help him. This superior/entitled man was so rude and ungrateful. I feel bad for the company that has to deal with him!
