    I spoke nothing but great things about this company and spend thousands with this small company to be treated terribly. As a little back story, I repeatedly purchased their progesterone cream all throughout my previous pregnancy and am currently pregnant and began using their products again. Last year when I was buying a bottle every 2 weeks, I had an issue with the bottle pump, so I wrote into the company and they replaced it for me. Now almost a year later, my package got lost but was marked delivered. I never received my package, so I wrote into the company, they told me they need to escalate my problem to management. A week later I get an email stating they are refunding my money but I am no longer allowed to purchase from their store. As if after spending thousands with them I am trying to swindle them out of one bottle of cream. As someone who honestly loved their products, left nothing but positive reviews and sent customers to them, I was disheartened and let down to be told this, and over something so minor. They said there had been previous "issues" with my account and that was why they were no longer allowing me to purchase from them. My one previous problem being a defective product? I have never been treated like this by any company. For a company that isn't that bug, you'd think you'd like to retain loyal customers. It's honestly just one of the most disappointing things, especially when you believe in a company and spend a lot of your own money supporting them to be treated like that.
