On Aug 12, I came to Point S to get an oil check. Then, in Sep, my AC blew up. I called my ex-husband, explained what was going on and he told me that a fuse needed to be replaced. I went to Point S, explained the facts and told one of the mechanics that it was a fuse. He told me that it was not the case. After being charged a $175 diagnosis fee, a fuse needed to be replaced. At the same time, I had my transmission fluid flushed. After that appointment, my car was not driving properly. It would skip a gear. I drove my car for almost a month like that hoping it would go away. I finally called my ex-husband again and asked him if he could have a look as the problem persisted. He opened the hood, and we saw some kind of tool inserted in a hose. He also looked at the oil level. There was no oil. I was upset because there was no evidence of an oil leak in my garage, and I had had an oil change 2 months prior. An oil change that lasts 6 months. After adding oil, we went for a drive to see if my car would still skip a gear, and it did. He told me to have the transmission fluid checked. I didn't want to go back to Point S because I didn't trust them anymore, so I went to *********** I was told that the screws were not tightened properly under the car to access the transmission fluid and of course the fluids were black. I went back several times to Point S to talk to the owner and ask for a refund for the oil change and the transmission fluid flush. Every single time I was told that he was not around, however they would communicate my issue, and a refund would be made. Nothing would happen so I emailed the owner, and he replied that "I will reimburse you 1/2 of what you are requesting" because we guarantee our work, and you should have come back to see us. I do not agree. After how many errors do I need to stop trusting a business in their practices and go somewhere else? Anyway, I told him that I was unhappy with his resolve and wanted the full refund. I never heard back.
