    False advertising. I bought a system, the incorrect size. Under the description it says 30 day returns. They said due to it being a blemished system i can not return it. Even though it says you can.

    On November 22, 2022, I ordered a Big Berkey Water Filter and a stainless steel spigot for a total of ****** plus shipping of *****. Though the shipper took a photo of the box in front of my outside door on November 25th I never received the package. Either the shipper took the box with him after he snapped the photo or someone else did.I however blame Big Berkey because they KNOWINGLY used a one star rated shipper to deliver this package! The shipper Laser Ship is below par as shippers go and Big Berkey is aware of this. There are complaints against this shipper all over the internet about undelivered merchandise , yet Big Berkey decided to use them to deliver my expensive order. Had they chose ***** or **** either one of these would have rang my doorbell and would have sent me a direct email alerting me that the package was outside. Instead I was sent an update to my order email which I never opened on the 25th because the updated email never came through as a normal highlighted email that everyone would expect. Therefore, I wasn't even aware that the product had been delivered until I decided to look at the original email for the order on the 28th.Also, I don't know who TreeHawk Health LLC, as my purchase was made through Big Berkey Water Filters and I was not notified that I was making a purchase from ******** Health. Yet the listed vendor connected to the purchase is ******** as per my bank. This LLC was likely established just for situations like this and for all I know they are both working together with Laser Ship thru kick backs to cheat consumers out of their money.Though Big Berkey offered today to sell me the merchandise again at 50% off the non sale price, this is not recovering my loss, but making more money for the company. I feel that they should replace the entire order. This is a simple loss write off for the company and what a reputable would do. It's called integrity!

    ******** Health is the owning LLC of BigBerkeyWaterFilters.com. We have been in business for 14 years and have an A+ rating from the BBB.

    We ship from a warehouse where they choose the fastest shipping method. This is our 3rd year using Lasership and have had no issues with the carrier.

    Without video proof of a Lasership employee stealing the package, we do not know who the thief was, and only know that it was delivered via the photo proof. 

    We sincerely apologize that this has happened, and only guarantee delivery of the product to the customers address. 

    As mentioned, we can offer a replacement product at 50% off and we do not make money on either purchase but would break even across both systems as 15% was taken off on the first system as well.  Please let us know.
