********************* did a good job determining what sections of our patio needed to be addressed and which did not. The company worked with us to set a date for the work. The mudjacking crew came on the right date and completed the work with no problems. They worked hard and were done in a few hours. I am very happy with the professional work done by this company. The first person I met from the company was ***** and he was awesome. He answered all my questions and explained the procedures that were going to be done. I appreciate ****** efforts to to educate me and also explain everything I needed to know. Outstanding support from beginning of our project to the completion of the work. Initial contact and estimate took less than a week. Once the initial visit and estimate was completed by ************ expected the work to be scheduled out for over a months but the work team was in an out of the project by two weeks. The project was properly estimated and the jacking completed within two and half hours. Wow! Everyone from the Straightline team was top notch and professional. Very respectful of our property and and returned our sidewalk and entry to original conditions. Great job!Straight Line Construction Co

It was very easy to set up our appointment with Straight Line to see about foundation problems. *****, the Foundation Repair Specialist contacted us. He was very knowledgeable and thankfully eager to share his knowledge. We were pretty much in the dark about cracked foundations. Straight Line had some of the best customer service we have experienced. From the time we contacted them about our cracked foundation problems in my brother's home, right through to the projects completion, they answered all of our questions and concerns, were proactive, friendly and went above and beyond in helping ease our minds. *****, the Project Manager, and his on-site crew were very friendly, helpful and respectful of our property. They completed the job with no problems, and made the area spotless following the projects completion. Straight Line takes great care of their customers and I recommend them to anyone.Straight Line Construction Co

Our house is in a high risk area for soil shifting, which caused noticeable sinking of our foundation. It felt like we were walking uphill and downhill inside the house. After a professional engineering review and and collaboration with Straightline we moved forward to correct the problem. I wanted a proper, permanent fix to eliminate any questions in the future. Straightline brought expert crews and all required equipment to work the project. Yes, it was a major project and disruptive at times, but the crews were respectful of our property and managed to work around our personal needs. The ******* and site manager were very professional and kept me highly informed throughout the project. I never wanted to learn this much about foundation issues, but I now feel very confident in the work performed and highly recommend Straightline for their expertise and project execution.Straight Line Construction Co
