Straightline crew were consummate professionals from the initial meeting to the concrete finishing workand the literally earthmoving in between. The crew, the project manager, the back officeI cant give enough stars. When your home is on the line getting the right professional is the key.

Started the process on July 10th when *** came over and looked at the issue. He took some time and explained what he thought might need to be done and what their process is - sounded very professional. He asked me if it was possible to remove some cabinets which was done on July 13th and he came back to take another look and then asked if I could call him when we had removed some of the drywall. I texted him on Aug 8th - no response. I called the main office in October and said I was getting no response and they said they would contact him and have *** call me - I realized that was unlikely. I called again a couple of weeks later and told the office the same thing and tried to tell the lady that *** would never contact me but she insisted that was the only way things could happen or she would call me back (if *** did not). Well, as I type this on Nov 28th, no-one has called me and it has now been 6 months dealing with this company who simply don't respond. Absolutely Appalling. I would say ************************** but you have to have **************** for it to be appalling and Ramjack has none.Straight Line Construction Co

5 starsStraight line was the 3rd company that came over to my home to look at my foundation. ***** did a thorough inspection and then explained why I had cracks, what they meant and how serious was the settling. He was a Blessing! The other two sold me an 60,000$ story of gloom and doom whereas ***** pointed out the settling was normal and minor at this time. He then let me know what to keep an eye out for that would indicate major work was needed. Thank you ***** for your honesty and professionalism.Review fromScot D

I had a great experience with Straightline Construction. ********************* listened to the problem, I had with my foundation. He was very knowledgeable and got me on the schedule quickly. The crew that came out was also very friendly and respectful, completed the job with no problems, and cleaned up after themselves. Straight Line had some of the best customer service we have experienced. From the time we contacted them about our cracked foundation problem in our 50s built bungalow style home, right through to the projects completion, they answered all our questions and concerns, were proactive, friendly and went above and beyond in helping ease our minds. The on-site crew was very friendly, helpful and respectful of our property. The office personnel was on top of responding to our requests. Friendly, thoroughly professional and local. ********************* is great to work with. Called about mud jacking a porch on my mothers house. ***** said he could do it but it would not hold and he would have to do it again, he suggested a new porch. Then when ****** crew showed up the hard work and great service continued. Will use Straight Line again when needed.Straight Line Construction Co

Great company, they are a no pressure sales company with great results at a reasonable price. Their salesman explained the how mud jacking works and the guys that came out showed me what they were going to do. No surprises did exactly what they said. Great company.Straight Line Construction Co
