      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY After purchasing an experience for my brother for Christmas (almost 2 years ago) he has not been able to use it. Every attempt to book a date was met with a notice that there were no times at that location. When I reached out to customer service they credited my account with the amount paid. This is in no way helpful when there are no experiences available to book. They responded up until the point of my asking for a refund....I have been waiting weeks for a follow up response. I would NEVER recommend this scam company to anyone

      They cancelled the event and it's no longer available in our area. They refused to refund the nearly $500 to my credit card. Instead, they "credited" my account with them towards a future experience. This is unsatisfactory to me since there's nothing in my area I'm interested in.

      This company is a nightmare.They sell tours that are not available and refuse any type of refund. They push you into booking alternative excursions but often are unable to book those.Best case scenario is that you redeem your certificate for a tour that is weeks away and pray for good weather.Their customer service department is a joke. They do not respond in a timely fashion and when they do, they avoid the issue and push you to book another tour.In researching online reviews and BBB complaints, they show a regular pattern of these tactics.Total scammers. Do not purchase!!!
