      From Louisana.We don't have hot springs.I really wanted half a day so,why would I want to leave less than hour after arriving! Getting locker then, getting dressed that was 25min.35 minutes of soak ti**** wanted my $ back.62 years old. I wanted to relax in between soaks for 26$ theirs not 1 chair are lounge chair.The rudest man said, theirs a bench! A hard bench!!Would not refund my $.I almost cried !I waisted my little bit I had, on a horrible experience .They are remodeling they shouldn't even be charging full price if,they don't have 1 chair to sit .Keep your $ they have other hot springs that are better.We came 3years back I loved, the others.This bald headed man was ugly and, rude to **** will never go back again!!Why would he keep my $ for such a terrible situation.That was wrong!A hard bench!I wanted to close my eyes a lay back.I could have used my $ on anything else and been happy it makes me sick and, sad I wanted my $ back.
