    I emailed on Yelp 11/15/23 asking for restoration/repair on my van ************************************************************** ***** said he could resolve issue with a wetsand buff and wax. Told him I wasnt interested in buff/wax, b/c already had it and discoloration just came back months later. He told me that he would ceramic coat it and seal it in. Offered 7-year warranty for the coating and a test spot on worst area. Told me that with the coating it would not come back. I repeated it back to him to make sure I understood so if I do this I wont have to worry about it coming back? He affirmed Quoted me $3400 11/24 confirmed sale price 2100 12/3 9am dropped off van 9:47 received first picture of the van looking great 10:06 he sent picture, told me the ceramic coating would restore the trim, I approved 10:24 added 180 and providing 7 year warranty for trim 11:12 sent more pictures of various angles of the van looking great and asked me to call On call, updated me on progress that he was almost done and the clear coat was thin in some areas and so he didnt go as deep. said going deeper might damage paint. Asked if I wanted him to go deeper or keep depth with some imperfections. From the pictures and what he told me, any imperfections he saw sounded tolerable. invoice at 11:24 for $*******. 11:58 he texted picture of van saying complete Paid ******* at 10:12 on 12/4 12/12 noticed discoloration coming back and texted Said nothing he could do about it. Trim failed also. At no point did he tell me the issue with clearcoat meant the fading would continue. He texted: I warranty everything if theres a problem Ill take care of it for any reason the coating isnt working Ill make it right 100 percent. Later sent: I just want you to know Ill make it right give you the full buff and wax and coating but if you make a scene in front of our customers or bring my business partner in it who has nothing to do with this I wont do anything else for you have a good day Won't refund.
