    Placed an order for a lift on September 26, 2022, after 7 months of repeated lies, 100s of phone calls, I finally got someone to answer, I cancelled my order and was told 3-5 business days for my refund, that was over two months ago, had business next door take a note to call me, no call returned, this company is nothing but a theif

    I placed an order on the 23rd and today the 29th I attempted to call them but nobody answered the phone so I left a message but nobody called back. I wish I had done a little research on them before placing my ******* order. Hopefully they get back to me so I can update my review. I dont like leaving bad reviews but if they are out of stock they should let a person know before they take the money.

    I just found these comments and they are very disturbing to me. I wish I had known about this company. I just placed an order and tried to cancel and can't get a hold of anybody. Left messages and email and no call back and no email response. 3/2023.

    Called to confirm they had MKII ** coilovers in, was told theyd have them in in 2 weeks, ordered that day (10/13/22), was ghosted for several weeks, then was told they fired everyone and they had no idea when the coilovers would be in. Kept calling/emailing, getting any sort of response was difficult, and kept getting the same answer (theyre stuck at the border and that they had no tracking info [how do they know theyre stuck at the border if they have no tracking info?]As of 12/30/22 I still have no information regarding my order, theyre still not replying to emails, and its roughly 3 weeks past their quoted lead time.

    I called couple of times for an update because i purchased a set of rear shocks with reservoirs (****** brand) and i was told they didnt have an estimate time so i asked (*******) when they have an update i would appreciate for an update so far no call or email but when i call to find out (*******) gets upset he doesnt want talk to customers like myself. I ask for a refund and he told me i was going to get charged 20%, now why, i already paid in full it is not fair. Till this day im waiting for at least an update.

    Placed order and received half of it and never received the other half. Canceled that portion of the order and after 3 weeks never received a refund, so I requested other parts that where in stock that where shipped out but the packaging was poor and the brackets and hardware fell out and was missing. Tried to contact them about such with no luck. So if your reading this don't purchase anything from this company, cause it's a ****** if you'll receive your order or if you request refund that you will not receive.
