By far the worse experience ever. I had a small plumbing issue Jan. 16th and this company was brought in to perform the mitigation by my insurance company. This is where my nightmares as a homeowner and customer of this company began. Mind you this was not a major water issue. They came in and the from what I was told the owners son (*****) completed destroyed the floor in my wash room pulling on the support board underneath which the supervisor who had to come out said should not have been done. It took this company all the way until July 26th to complete the work. They had to come out twice to paint because the 1st crew did a horrible job and left paint all on my carpet. Was told this would be done but still have carpet. Get a call from a lady today demanding payment since the work is done. Are you kidding me? It barely got completed and I am still waiting on my carpet to be cleaned like you promised buy you are calling for payment. It took 7mos to do a simple job and you calling for payment? I have made over 50 calls spent hours on the phone to get you (********) to finish the work, do the work correctly and as soon as you feel you have done your freaking job you call for payment. But yet my carpet has still not been cleaned. I will pay out of my pocket to clean up the mess you made and never do business again. If you see a PuroClean truck pull up please lock your doors, turn off lights and call someone else. Beyond disappointed and the lady who called today being rude, well I hope you got the ear full I gave you. Think again before calling a customer who you failed to provide good service to.

We have spoken to this client multiple times and was not made aware that he was unhappy. Now that the job is complete, payment is expected for services. We typically collect in payment portions as the job is being done but did not due to the time it took for his flooring to get ordered and for us to complete the work due to the flooring delay.

The reason for the long delay was due to him wanting the exact same flooring he originally had which took 3 months to find and then order, which was at a higher price. It was ordered in March, we started work February 28th.  All Painting and interior work was completed the 29th of April, but the flooring was just installed 2 weeks ago when it finally came in. Then we went back in on July18th to paint, touch up, and hook up the washer and dryer. At that time, he said he was happy, even calling our office to tell us he was happy.

Now when we call for a payment he is stating he is unhappy and claims we caused damages. This is not the case.

We are currently trying to work with him, offered to clean his carpet for free, and are even discounting his bill.
