    For years, I have received Gorsuch magazines in the mail.This year, I was preparing for a trip to ******, when I saw a linen dress in the Gorsuch magazine. I wasnt sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didnt fit.Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect.The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it.To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch.The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement.I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back.When I called Gage, they couldnt give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie!I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. I was prepared to handle this legally as it was only Wrong. Then and only then, did they be grudgingly except my Return.****** learned, never deal with this shady business!

    Gorsuch has incredibly poor customer service, with no resolution of my issues despite 4 separate calls. ***** (manager?) was unbelievably rude and condescending. I am absolutely appalled. That they would let someone like that. Be a representative of their company. I ordered three items and only received one of the three (with the remaining remainder value being for $479). They told me that it showed that all three items shipped together on their end, but failed to open up an investigation with *** despite telling me they did so three times. They refused to help me because I did not have the original cardboard shipping box and questioned my integrity. When I re-ordered the missing items, pending their investigation, no discount was offered. After spending several thousand dollars at Gorsuch, Im very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers. On an order prior to this, they had someone elses profile linked to mine and showed that I had shipped ornaments to a ******* address that was not linked with my account. This is very disappointing for such a high-end boutique that they do not value their loyal customers, particularly when I was affected by missing items and it was not my fault.
