The Merchant sold me several products. The Merchant greatly exaggerated and misrepresented the products benefits. I was sold an Infared wand and various unsealed and already opened facial creams. The very next day I discovered the merchant had willfully lied and exaggerated the extent of the *** clearance and *** approvals. The *** clearance sheets are very specific about the Infared wands use. It has ONLY been approved for "treatment of periorbital wrinkles only (crows-feet)" The *** clearance sheet specifically states that : Merchants must be truthful in their device labeling and not misleading. However, this Merchant lied by stating the Infared wand was designed for "full skin rejuvenation, elasticity improvement, and anti-aging treatments", in advertising and online videos and in person instructions. This is completely untrue!!! I immediately decided to return the products due to product misrepresented, but the merchant HIDES behind their no refund policy. Based upon product misrepresentation I do not want these items and have not used any of them. I want to return everything to the Merchant for a full refund. The Merchants "arbitrary" no refund policy should not absolve the merchant from their responsibility to deliver exactly what was promised! First the merchant lies about the products capabilities, then the Merchant hides behind their "arbitrary" no refund policy entrapping my money. This is CRIMINAL!!! Any company that will not back up their products with a money back guarantee is suspicious to begin with. I want to return their unused products for a FULL REFUND. I do not want their products and want nothing to do with the Merchant since he is dishonest and fraudulent. I tried to upload my credit card dispute and the *** clearance sheets showing approved usage for the device, but the file was too large. I will be happy to fax additional documents if you would like.
