    ******* Botique and ************** are so aggressive that patrons don't have the opportunity to research the company until after they have been forced into a purchase. They prey on tourists who are visiting and have no way to have prior knowledge of the scathing reviews that exist online, over and over again with the same experience. The business is nontransparent about their NO REFUND policy and so patrons are left with worthless products and a huge hole in their wallet, as well as their ego. The business should be required to post their no refund policy at their register(s). This place is a fraud...con artists who are very skilled. They gave a fake story about their expertise and then continued to put high pressure to sell me products I didn't want. They were using my credit card even as I told them I didn't want something. I kept saying I didn't want the product and they kept putting it on my card. I finally gave in thinking I could just return it. You can't. The sign that says no returns was held by one little piece of tape, so it clearly is not permanent. The products are over priced and the sales people intimidate you into buying merchandise.

    **Dishonest and criminal business practices** If I could have done zero stars, I would have. The saddest thing about this is that the way they operate is SO aggressive that patrons don't have the opportunity to research the company until after they have been forced into a purchase. They prey on tourists who are visiting **** and have no way to have prior knowledge of the scathing reviews that exist online, over and over again with the same experience. If you have been scammed by this business, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT... these are trained con artists who have no moral compass. I call on BBB and the city of ****, ** to (at absolute minimum) require this business to post their no refund policy at their register(s). Ideally, the owners should be personally brought to legal justice so that they are not able to continue opening businesses in different names each time the clock runs out on their criminal activity.

    This place is a fraud...con artists who are very skilled. They gave a fake story about their expertise and then continued to put high pressure to sell me products I didn't want. They were using my credit card even as I told them I didn't want something. They said the man who was helping me was just visiting for two weeks and was an expert and well known skin specialist. He was just the owner pretending to be from out of town. I kept saying I didn't want the product and they kept putting it on my card. I finally gave in thinking I could just return it. You can't. The sign that says no returns was held by one little piece of tape, so it clearly is not permanent. The products are over priced and the sales people intimidate you into buying merchandise. Don't step a foot inside or they will shuffle you to the back room and isolate you from everyone else and work on pushing you into buying and trying products. Another, older couple was behind me trying to return the products they were also pressured to buy. How can Vail stand by and watch such a scammer take advantage of the people who visit? It makes me never want to go back again. Check online for all the bad reviews. I wish I had.
