I ordered a product from ********************* owner of Vintage Electronics in **********, ** (vintage-electronics.net, ******************************************************, P.O. Box 991 **********, ** *****) that ended up being the wrong product. I never even took the product (belts) out of it's package, I knew immediately it was the wrong product. I contacted *** at the above email address listed on his website and explained the situation, and he asked me to send them back with a copy of his email as proof that he was allowing me to return it, I guess he doesn't take returns often. I sent the product back, it was delivered last week and I just realized today that it had been delivered back to *** and reached out to him asking the status of my refund. He claimed I sent him the wrong belts. As I mentioned I didn't even take them out of the bag and I don't run a business repairing electronics, they were the only belts I've ever ordered, so I didn't confused these for something else. I asked him if it was possible that he put the wrong belts in the bag and he proceeded to call me a moron, accused me of lying, and ended the conversational. A really, really strange response to a question that is 100% the answer to what happened. And as I said, that was the end of the conversation, no more responses from ***, he just keeps my money ($25) and the cost of returning his ($10) and tells me he's done after 3 emails in total.
