    I recently signed up for a cold calling course with Mr.Claude Diamond. Where he insured me that as a Real Estate Agent. He had a system that would allow me to hit my goal of 4 deals a month making phone calls.
    What I got was possibly one of the most unorganized, courses and "coaching program" that I have ever been a part of. Weekly meetings that just seemed like a brain storming session. Lack of direction besides advice like join toastmaster and do speeches any local agencies oh yeah and sound different on the phone.
    I should have payed a lot more attention. Because what you get in his ******* is all the information that he can give you.
    Oh yeah, Start a ******* channel and get people to call you. No crap Sherlock. You will get no nuanced information, he will not tell you how to track metrics, or how to anylyze your analytics...
    I was not looking for an old friend... I was looking for a sales mentor that would be able to guide me along a path of great sales... not a verbose, slick selling, sales guy.
    Do not engage... You have been warned.
