      Pin straight products are amazing products. They are easy to use and give you that professional salon look by the time you are done. It is a perfect daily routine when you don’t have much time for your beauty routine and it makes your hair look shiny and so much healthier. They also have serum products which further compliments the product that gives you that healthy and shiny look and feel. It is a real time saver in my beauty routine when I need to get out the door quick. Jake who is a seller of this product is really thorough and great at explaining the product and how to use it. He also gives helpful tips. For example I had a problem with my baby hairs sticking out and he showed me how to keep them in place using the pin straight hair straightener. I would definitely recommend this product and give it a 10 out 10 stars. If you decide to get this amazing product you will not be sorry you did. It is a great addition to your beauty routine, I don’t know how I went this long without it. No more taking forever to straighten my hair to give it that professional look.

      Scam! I was walking through the mall in *** A woman stopped me and sat me down to use a straight iron on my hair. Showed me how to make beautiful curls etc. The price was 390. I told her I absolutely can't spend that on a hair straightener. She then sweet talked me and said, hey because I like you I will sell it to you for 299. I again said no. The product she was using on my hair was amazing but I couldn't spend that. She then wanted to demonstrate on my daughter who was loving this product. She said I feel bad I will drop the price to 199. Again we said no. She said you are my first customer today. I will forgo my commission and give it to you for 99. But it's our secret. I thought ok. That's not too bad and my daughter really wanted it. She also gave us a free comb that sells for 45. So we get home and try it out. It's not even getting hot. The one she used on my hair even had steam. The product did nothing. I found on the internet all these people telling the same story that happened to us. So this company is clearly a scam. Please don't be fooled. Not only does it not work but it's cheaply made and feels like it should cost 10 dollars. There is also no refund just even exchange. Some people have mentioned they weren't at the mall the next day when they tried to return it. Please don't let yourself get sucked into this scam!

      I was in the ***** **** ** ***** ******** and Gabby helped me to curl my hair and show me how using the far infra hair straightener
      She was patient and friendly and professional
      I liked the results and ended up purchasing th straightener

      I was at the W******** **** ** *********** *** A family member and I were walking to leave the mall when we passed by a Pin Straight kiosk and were stopped by a man named Justin. He asked if he could show us the hair straightener they had and we had time so we said why not. I sat in the chair and he demonstrated the product. He was very kind and friendly to both me and my family member. He then gave me an offer and said he’d give me a moment to think about it. When he came back I apologized and let him know I could not afford it and I wouldn’t be making a purchase today. He then made multiple attempts at getting me to buy their product by lowering the prices and offering free and discounted products, after I told him multiple times I couldn’t afford it. He then gave me one last offer with a very low price and a couple free products, and said he’d give me a moment to think and he’d fix the curls that he put in my hair and even it out when he returned. He came back and I once again apologized and let him know that I absolutely could not afford it at the moment as I’m new to my job and am not working full time yet. After hearing that his whole demeanor changed and he became very dismissive, gave an attitude and walked away. My family member and I were shocked and just lightly laughed and walked away. Despite our laughter in this situation, his behavior was not acceptable in any way. After reading other reviews I realized this is a universal experience with this company and they’re products are not as advertised. I am just very glad I didn’t get sucked into purchasing an overpriced product that I could easily buy for cheaper and better elsewhere.

      I wish I can give this company -000000 stars. I was walking through the ********* mall when I was stopped by a man named Thomas who was selling these pin straight straighteners. He showed me all how the straightener works by putting a serum in my hair and then straightening my already straight hair. I paid $372 on a hair mask just to find out it does nothing for my hair. I want my money back so I will be calling my credit card company letting them know I was scammed and will be making a complaint to the mall.

      Absolutly amazing. My curls lasted for days with no need for extra styling. Super easy to use. I picked mine up at the ********** **** in ******** and the lady who helped me was super sweet and amazing

      I bought this at the mall from one of those little stands. I sat down in the chair and he straightened a strand of my hair, it looked really nice and silky and I was told this was a “steam straightener”. I was impressed and asked how much. He started out at some absurd amount, I was like no thanks! Then he kept going down and down until I said yes. He was very adamant on the fact that it was final sale and I could not return, which should have been a red flag for me right away. So anyway i go to use the straightener for the first time and it did NOTHING like it was supposed to, not even close! At first I thought I was doing something wrong but I wasn’t!!! I did some research and seen many many other complaints about the same thing and I could not believe I didn’t do my research first. Lesson learned. I swear they used an entire different straightener to my hair just to sell me a cheap straightener I could I got off wish.com literally. Terrible. I used it once and ended up buying a Remington one from Walmart that works wayyyyyyy better. Please please please save your money this is a SCAM! I never write reviews ever cause I’m far to lazy but I don’t want someone else to fall victim to this because it cost me over $100! So disappointed
