    Hired Amici to power wash my house. Owner (Dan L******) showed up complaining about workers calling in sick so he would do it himself with one worker. He was done in one hour. Record time for this house which is two story 2200 sq ft. Had me walk around with him. I pointed out several areas that needed attention and he started making excuses for why they looked like that such as claiming that's not dirt it's paint oxidation and that won't come off. I had to point out that I have vinyl siding not paint and show him it was indeed dirt. Besides which had it been painted you would normally power wash before painting to remove the oxidation so the paint would stick. He also does painting so he should have known this and was just trying to pull one over on what he thought was a clueless customer. Other areas in question had debris all over the siding. He said that is coming out of the siding and it will always do that. This house has been washed numerous times and not had this occur, it was clearly dirt/debris he hadn't washed off. He did a very cursory wash of noted areas and still had not got them clean. At that point he got belligerent and verbally assaulted me with a running one sided conversation claiming lawyers, liens and being able to buy my house, packed up and left without ever stopping the verbal assault. In the end I have splotches all over the house and a hole in the siding from his pressure washer.

Our policy is to collect a 50% deposit and then collect the balance at the end of the job once the customer is satisfied.     I was very pleased with the Amici development they showed up on time. They did a beautiful job Power washing , my house, fence and shed and they also treated my roof for moss. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
