    We bought a pair of women’s sized 6 1/2 new balance sneakers in November, and received a pair of men’s 4 1/2 sized shoes. The universally accepted conversion chart on men’s and women’s sizes report that there is a 1.5 size difference. Therefore, the size 4 1/2 shoes that were sent to my daughter were too small for her because they should have sent her a size 5 men’s shoe.
    The company is unwilling to exchange or return the shoes even though I sent them numerous emails about her shoes being too small a few days after we received them(well within the refund policy). We paid $167 for shoes that we cannot use! We very much wish we would have read the BBB rating on this company before we bought these shoes!!!

    I placed an order for a *** ******* sneaker. The tag in the shoe and the box say size 7. It is NOT a size 7. It is 2 inches shorter than it should be. I have the same shoe in a different color from ********** in a size 7. They are no where close to the same size. I have sent pictures and emails documenting the discrepancy to Teeclone. They are unwilling to take a return and refund my money. They sold something that is not correct and others should be warned about this company. In the attached picture the shoe on the left is the shoe from Teeclone claiming it is a 7. On the right are my shoes that I already had in a different color but same shoe from **********. It is a true 7.

    On November 2nd 2022 I purchased a pair of *** ****** sneakers, Retro 5s, color blue, for $167.48 ... On November 17th I received the item the size was correct which was size 12 but I could not fit the sneakers they where very tight on my feet, I contacted teeclone via email several times but they refused too send me a larger size. I explained in my email that I will pay the shipping cost back too them but they refuse too cooperate with me. I read there policy and I attached a copy over too them which states I can return this item if it is unsuitable too me or if I do not like the item anymore, I am asking BBB too please help me with this issue because teeclone has not acted with me in good faith as a respectable consumer !!

    Purchased *** ******* ***** on line at Teeclone. Sboes that came appear to be *** ******* but they came from *****. That is odd since this is a US company. Shoes are at least 1-2 sizes too small- see picture included. Company refused to exchange or provide refund
