    Hi,
My name is ******* *********. I a bought a baseball card on a Clearing House Estate Sales auction for $4,015 Dollars on May 5th, 2023. I purchased the baseball card from Clearing House Estate Sales an online auction house located in ********** **. After purchasing the **** ****** ****** ****** **** card I submitted it to PSA Grading to grade the card for value. (PSA Grading is the world leader in trading card grading) A card can score a condition grade between 1 and 10. A score of 1 means the card has creases and a 10 is in mint condition. I paid PSA $1,000 to grade the card as I thought it had a chance to be graded where the value might be up to $25,000. I also paid PSA Grading to store the card in their vault as I believed it was very valuable, as listed above. PSA Graded the card and determined the card was fake or you could say a knockoff. I have called the auction manager as directed by Clearing House Estate Sales and also emailed him to refund me with no response. I have also called Clearinghouse Estate Sales multiple times and was told to contact the auction manager. I told Clearing House Estate Sales the Auction Manager would not return my calls nor respond to my email. The representative at Clearing House Estate Sales hung up on me. They will not refund my money despite selling me a fake card. I have the documentation in email from PSA grading to prove the card is fake. I attached a screenshot of the email. Please let me know if you need any other information.

Purchased several items from an online shipping-only auction totaling a little over $50 or so on Dec 17. The items have not been shipped yet and the seller is claiming that it the post office lost the items. The only tracking info that I received shows that a shipping label was created by the seller on Dec 20 but there was no record or initial scan proving that the seller dropped the item off at the ****.

I purchased a couch at auction through ******* *****. The listing seller was Clearing House Estate Sales. The couch was listed as 84” long, but is actually 92” long. It was misrepresented in the auction listing.
It looked too large in the images to move in my building- like it wouldn’t fit in the elevator or stairs, so I contacted the seller that it looked too large to move in my building and that I couldn’t take it, but my card on file was automatically charged as per the auction site ninja auction. I tried to speak to auction manager and Clearing House about transferring the sale but ultimately I was responsible for the item and removing from the auction seller’s storage. I rented a truck and hired help- I removed couch as per my end of the agreement. But the couch was so large it didn’t fit in the freight in my studio building, and is temporarily stored in my workspace.
The couch was misrepresented in the auction listing. I tried to reach out and resolve the issue with clearing house and they hung up on me the last time I called. I don’t think it’s fair that I was charged for this item and had to pay to remove it. Now I’m storing it and have to figure out what to do with it.
