    After a recent $6,000 autobody repair, Ultimate Auto Body would not honor its promised warranty to me. The owner returned my vehicle with a violent brake pulsation where the entire car shook whenever I applied the brake pedal. I was unable to travel on the highway and didn't know where to turn. In my 40 years of driving, I have never experienced such a frightening issue. Although I made several attempts to reach out to this owner, he was uninterested in my safety and welfare and chose to leave me stranded. I was forced to find another repair shop which proved to be a challenging task. It was nearly impossible to convince another business to dissect and then properly complete the work that Ultimate Auto Body had started. Thankfully, after two months of persistent attempts, the next repair shop finally was able to rectify the hazardous brake pulsation. I shall never forgive Ultimate Auto Body for the unimaginable stress and fear that was forced upon me as I tackled this overwhelming issue on my own.
