    If i could leave no stars I would. This place is not run efficiently and you can not market yourself as a center focusing on functioning and neurodiversity when you cant keep staff! Clients are struggling with change and you cant stop change here! The boss is incompetent to his workers needs which is why they don’t stay. Not only that but the boss is not there most of the time anyway!

    Some clinicians and staff are amazing, but you can tell other clinicians do not care and do the bare minimum. There is also so much turnover that a parent who recommended the center to me, unrecommended it due to their child being moved around so much.

    Initially thought it was a great place for therapy and groups. However, things aren’t run well and there is inconsistency with practices and providers, which is not okay with the population they are supposed to be serving.

    5/5 for the therapy satisfaction and helping mental health needs.
    2/5 with employee satisfaction, low pay, passive aggressive staff, no clinical training and no support.
